The representative, Raymond. was most accommodating re dates for measuring up, and was very good at it and also had a lot of good ideas. When the covers arrived and were fitted I was absolutely delighted - perfect fit, lovely colour and easy to take off when the time comes to wash them. I could not be happier with my purchase.

Sizing issues
Despite accurate measurements by the really helpful and friendly representative who visited, all of the seating and back rest cushions had to be re-made due to poor quality construction and variable sizing.
The replacements were then made accurately but took longer to be delivered to me than all the original sofa and armchair covers.
Overall cost rather expensive especially given the issues encountered and I will not be using the service again.

Your reputation is very good but wish Plumbs would allow customers to choose fabric not necessarily from Plumbs to upholster furniture. Sadly none of Plumbs samples suited me otherwise I would have given Plumbs the upholstery joy.

Really great guy who talked us through the process. Collection and delivery were exactly as booked and the staff were polite, helpful and took great care not to damage our property. Really pleased with my newly upholstered sofa.

It's like having a new sofa !
Very helpful consultant who came out and advised and took measurements. Covers completed much faster than expected (which was a bonus) and are of excellent quality It feels like having a new sofa ! Really pleased with the process from start to finish and with the end product. Would highly recommend.
