The team that helped me was extremely helpful and answered ALL of my questions, and they included examples with the images they sent me. This whole process was really smooth and not difficult by any means. I just received my ring 3 days before the original arrival date. It is perfect and looks exactly how I designed it! Very nice packaging as well with a hand written note. The 3D model that shows the ring when I was designing it was very useful to see all angles of the ring, which was great. Couldn't be happier with this company and all their help. I definitely would recommend them to anyone looking for an affordable and perfect custom ring.

I ordered the Home Try-On Kit and absolutely loved it! The team did an incredible job selecting different options based on the notes I provided about what I was looking for. They even reached out to me personally by email to confirm the selection beforehand, which made the experience feel so thoughtful and personalized.
I also stopped by the Chicago showroom as a walk-in. Even though I wasn’t able to make the appointment time they suggested, the team was incredibly attentive, accommodating, and kind throughout the entire experience.
I’ve visited and researched quite a few jewelry stores, and the level of care and genuine kindness I’ve experienced with Plum Diamonds has truly stood out. The personal touches included with the Home Try-On Kit made the whole process feel so special.
