I can’t say enough wonderful things about Plum. Plum Diamonds is a top notch company. They have spent hours with me to help me find the perfect rings. I love that they can send a try on kit so that you can get a better idea of exactly what you want. I’ve used it twice. Once for the engagement ring and this time to help me pick the perfect wedding band. It costs $150 but as soon as you return it to them they refund you the $150. I have worked a lot with Renee and Olivia and they were both so patient with me. Truly the best customer service!! And let me also mention the quality of my ring. It isn’t like some of the mass produced gold settings where the gold is weak and the stones fall out! I know many people who have had that happen to them with other jewelers. Plum hand crafts each piece by hand only after you order it!! They have so many styles to choose from but you also can choose to design your own ring and they will walk you through the process. I choose 18k yellow gold ring with platinum prongs because want my center stone to be as secure as possible but you can choose whatever you prefer. 18k white, 18kyellow, rose gold, or platinum.

The ring was absolutely perfect. That is not a hyperbole in the slightest. It had no blemish, fit my love's finger and her look perfectly. Their customer service was excellent. They were very transparent and magnanimous despite a manufacturing error which almost delayed the proposal. They remade the band in less than 4 days and shipped it overnight (shipped in almost the same time frame as my itinerary!) from Chicago to just outside Louisville KY. I cannot recommend their craft higher.

The Engagement Ring Try on Kit was a fantastic idea! The entire process was simple, convenient, and easy from start to finish.

Such an amazing experience! I wish I could give this review more than five stars. Communication over email was done in an extremely timely manner, with every question answered in detail! They listened to all of my requests/wants and even gave me some suggestions for my rings that worked out perfectly! I cannot praise this business enough!
