Plum Diamonds Avis

Renee and Kristy were beyond helpful and made me feel so supported during the process. They were very patient with me and helped me make the perfect custom engagement ring for my girlfriend. They were also very genuine and honest with their recommendations and truly explained every step of the way in a way where I felt I understood what I was deiciding on and it's importance. They were amazing and I had an amazing experience when I initially thought this process would be overwhelming. I highly recommend Plum Diamonds to anyone looking to buy an engagement ring, especially if you want a custom design for it! I will be back when its Wedding Band time!

Quick to reply to all my questions, made the delivery process super easy for me as I’m always busy, and the ring is beautiful. Couldn’t be happier. Thank you guys so much!!

They were communicative throughout the whole process and answered any questions I had within a few hours! LOVE THEM

Plum helped me figure out the ring I wanted and made it easy and fun every step of the way. Olivia answered my endless questions with kindness and excitement at every turn! Prices feel very fair and everything is so customizable.

Great customer service, all my questions were answered day-of and were extremely helpful. When I had concerns about the arrival date of the shipping, they waited for me to confirm before moving along. The packaging was excellent and included lots of information about the diamond as well as the complimentary services.

Overall, I am excited to get other PD jewelry for my loved ones in the future.

Outstanding service, excellent product quality.

The ring is gorgeous. Great craftsmanship and with a lab diamond, we were able to get something larger and clearer for a fraction of the cost. 5/5 would recommend.

Pretty heart earrings in platinum. Loved all the communication, the presentation when received. Pretty product and great jeweler. Great customer service, quality and delivery. Recommend.

Everyone worked really hard to get exactly the ring I wanted

Unbelievable customer service and everything met expectations across the board. What a great team of people. I can't say enough about how great the experience working with Renee and the entire Plum team was.

I could not be happier with my experience! They created the most beautiful wedding band that matches my custom engagement ring perfectly. From the craftsmanship to the attention to detail, everything exceeded my expectations. It looks like the two rings were truly made for each other! The team was professional, helpful, and made the entire process so easy! Highly recommend to anyone looking for quality, customization, and amazing customer service!

These women know what they are doing , I trusted them to build me an engagement ring and they knocked it out of the park . Quality and professionalism was beyond my expectations. Very happy I chose them . They also went out of their way to get back to me with an issue with a diamond that I chose that wasn’t up to par (dull) when they received it. They could have used it in the build anyway but instead let me know the issue if I wanted to proceed or choose a different diamond to my liking since a sparkly shine was what I was after. I would highly recommend them and I will continue to use them for my online jewelry needs .

Great experience on two orders. I highly recommend them for your jewelry needs.

I already purchased an engagment ring from plum and the wedding band didnt disappoint either! Yhe customer service was amazing and it still blows me away how amazingly the diamonds sparkle. Im very proud and happy to see these rings on my loves hand for the rest of our lives. Thank you plum!!

From start to finish the whole process was seamless. The ring is beautiful and exactly as described. Thank you!

I ordered the ring try on kit, and the Plum team tailored the rings so well to my preferences. The quality and delivery service was so fast. Would definitely recommend!

Kristy and Renee were extremely helpful and thorough throughout the entire ring selection process, from beginning to end. They addressed every question I had, sent examples of past rings they designed, and even offered personal insight to help guide my ring sizing decisions. Their customer service was top tier. Everyone was highly communicative all the way through shipping the ring—and even afterward. Working with Plum truly simplified my ring shopping experience.

Customer service was amazing through out the whole process. The ring was received exactly how I wanted it. If somehow my wife wants an upgrade in the future I’ll be coming back to Plum.

This place checked a lot of boxes. Good options. Lab grown. Women owned. All great things, but what really struck me, the outreach and customer support. Last minute before shipping, I found out I would be home to receive it; called and boom, it was on hold for a few days until I got back. After arriving, had some concerns about my size of diamond, but their thoughtful considerations and helpful advice, I am thrilled with the choice. Company is leading with its best foot forward and standing by all the things they claim on their webpage.
