I strongly warn everyone against using Pochtoy.com. My shipment (Tracking # CT002246939UZ), valued at $1,369, was tampered with during transit. An official postal act confirmed a weight discrepancy of 110 grams.
Customer support is blatantly lying, calling this theft an 'equipment weighing error' and hiding behind 'sanctions.' I have provided photographic evidence: my memory kit weighs 130g (accounting for scale calibration, this is a near-perfect match with the official act). Sanctions do not steal 110 grams from a box—this is a clear case of theft under the guise of inspections.
I truthfully declared all items, the service approved the shipment, and I paid for mandatory insurance. Now, they simply refuse to fulfill their obligations. As a US resident (NY), I have already initiated formal complaints with the Delaware BBB and the New York State Attorney General for insurance fraud and deceptive business practices.
If you don't want to lose your money and receive 'rounding errors' instead of your goods, stay away from this service. Their insurance is nothing more than a way to collect extra money from you without providing coverage.

Сначала моя посылка была расформирована из-за недоразумения с товаром (духи, которых, как оказалось, быть не должно было в посылке), затем мне пришлось заново оформлять возврат. После оформления возврата началось бесконечное ожидание: обещания отправить посылку, уведомления о созданном лейбле, передаче данных в систему и обновлениях, которые так и не подтвердились. Каждый раз, когда я пытался выяснить ситуацию, получал лишь расплывчатые ответы вроде «подождите», «заберут сегодня» или «обновление статуса в понедельник», но никаких конкретных действий не происходило. Это особенно обидно, когда подарок должен был быть доставлен до Нового года. Полное отсутствие оперативности, ясности и ответственности в коммуникациях только подрывает доверие к компании. Horrible service

Horrible service! The store sent the wrong shoes that I ordered, found all this in their warehouse, I asked to issue a refund, replenished the balance for the amount they indicated, after making the funds they blocked my account and asked to provide 6 points of verification, such as: Photo of the order (provided), copy of the payment, bank statement, photo of the card..., photo of selfies where I have to hold this card!!!, photo with passport in hand!!!!

Personally for me one of the best…

Personally for me one of the best services for shipping goods from the USA. Yes, I agree the price for services and potential delivery could be lower, but I also realize that I get excellent service and features for my money.
This applies to both convenience and responsiveness of the staff and support on various issues.
I am also glad that if there is no possibility of payment by foreign card, then very often there is a promo code for free redemption with the help of the operator. Personally, I always get the goods cheaper than I would buy it here in Russia. If I take from 3-4 positions, the cost of delivery is rebated already with 2 goods.
Conclusion - I recommend to cooperate, do not regret.

I used it 4 times and can't say anything bad about it

I used this service to receive 3 Steam Decks and 1 Steam Deck Dock Station. 3 out of 4 parcels was delivered very fast (~10 days from USA to Russia), the remaining one had long delivery because of Black Friday, I still got what I ordered through (in a month).
They works even in sanctions mode and find new routes when previous become unusable, this is major + for them. I didn't had any negative experience with them. My last track number is PCT000000805128.

Pros:

1. Help in making purchases. Ebay began to ban accounts from the Russian Federation or simply limit payment from the Russian Federation, the service provides an opportunity to solve this problem, the commission is not large, for a product with a price of 90 bucks, 7 bucks commission, I think normal.

2. fast delivery. For 10 days came parcel from the U.S. in the center of Siberia, it is straight great, very cool.

For a very long time after your reviews I was afraid to contact Pochta com. But after my friend from Colorado advised sending to the Russian Federation through them, I decided to take a risk. The first parcel flew to the Russian Federation with Nike crosses.

I am a buyer and have been living in Kazakhstan for more than a year. What are people not happy with? Are the parcels coming? They're coming! It takes a little longer to collect them, but imagine the volume of cargo there.

On average, my parcels arrive in the Russian Federation in 2.5-3 weeks. The support team answers all my tickets within a day. They are closed on weekends, so there are no assemblies. Photos of the order were sent quickly. The return of the wrong Adidas product was sent quickly, I'm already waiting for a refund.
