Excellent service

I've purchased three different times for three different businesses because I am very happy with how it works, but also the customer service. One time the cards didn't work and I emailed (or called I don't remember), and they fixed the issue in a few minutes. It helps collect reviews immediately, instead of trusting that the customer will remember to do it.

Its good but if andriod phone especially not the latest one its not working

It took weeks before I received the products.
The products that I received where damaged because the plasstic is really fragile and the corners where broken. I've tried to reach the customer service more than 5 times but still no respons at all.

Getting reviews for my business felt like trying to get blood out of a stone, I managed 27 reviews in 7 years, then a few months ago I discovered pop cards, and now its just so easy. I'm well over 100 reviews and counting. Most people are happy to leave you a review if you make it easy and immediate for them. This has definitely made a difference, and when I ask new customers how they found my business, a number have said "I did a Google search, and was impressed by all your five star reviews". My Google ranking seems to have improved too.

Just brilliant. The reviews are flying in as fast as the customers. Well done guys. Great product. Other businesses are asking where i got them so hopefully they come to you too.

I was initially very excited to receive my popcard. It seemed like the perfect way to get reviews easily. When my popcard arrived, it was coupled with the wrong business. I was disappointed because I thought it would need to be replaced. Customer service informed me that the business could be changed on their end without replacing the card, and I was very happy about that. I’ve had the card for months now, and have watched satisfied clients go to my Google reviews page to leave a review for the services I provide. NOT A SINGLE REVIEW HAS BEEN POSTED TO MY GOOGLE PAGE. Seriously, not even one. Nothing good, nothing bad. Literally nothing. I couldn’t be bothered to contact customer service again because I am as extremely busy as I am disappointed. Since I keep getting hounded for reviews for your company, I figured I can either help other customers by sharing my experiences, or possibly even get a better product that actually works, since you are currently offering a promo code for a free item with proof of review. So there it is. I’m not satisfied at all. I’d be ecstatic and give a rave review if the popcard actually worked. Thanks.
