Bought 3 of these and not one worked in over a year . Fraud company 100%

I’m a mom of a patient here at Millwood, I’m was in the lobby waiting to see my son (I came super early) and Maxine was very sweet and so helpful.

the card was received and worked well for around 9 months and then it stopped working and says card cant be configured. i wrote to popcard and they keep saying they hope to fix this problem but it has been going on for weeks... they should just send me a new card at no cost to the client .....why is good service even at a company that is responsible for reviews underpar. Surely they of all people appreciate what an honest and truthful bad review does to the company ??

Popcard has been great to work with. They were able to customize a QR code for my mobile app. they communicated at every step and it was a pleasure to work with them.

Almost my cards stopped working but unlike others that reported poor customer service I found them timely and responsive. All my cards are now working great!

Used the card only twice and then it stopped working. Their customer service kept replying with template response until I received an email that unfortunately the card I have can’t be reconfigured (beyond my issue) so I was offered a discount to buy a new one! Such a scam!!

I ordered 3 Google review plates and received them yesterday. They're nicely made and very easy to use. I remember I couldn't find the dimensions on the website - they're actually 12cm square and 3mm thick. I had to email customer service to get them activated (not sure if this is standard or was just a glitch) but Jade couldn't have been more helpful, and I'm now just waiting for my first customer guinea pig.

after a period of time the link shut off. the contact web address only goes to a page to leave them a review not to contact anyone. It's like they just mostly shut down their website

Terrible service

Firstly we haven't received the cards. Secondly, I had tried to cancel the order just 10mins after purchasing it but all my emails have been ignored. Could I please get a refund as we haven't even received the said cards. Kind Regards, Lisa.

I ordered a Pop Stand for business Google reviews. I didn’t provide a Google Link to my business at checkout. I received multiple emails to reply with my Google link. I responded to them, and even sent multiple new emails to Support. I provided all my information for 2 weeks and still have no response or activation of my Pop Stand. This is not the first time I’ve had problems with my Pop Cards. I’m unhappy with your customer support.
