I had no idea my business had not been…
I had no idea my business had not been up and running on Google. PopCard brought it to my attention and followed up by sending me links to correct the issue with Google. As soon as I emailed by business link, they immediately activated it on my cards! Their follow-up and communication is superb. AND, the ease of use for customers making leaving a review effortless!

Easy to use
Easy to use. Very convenient for my clients to leave a five star review & add comment if desired. Clients are impressed with the tap of their phone it pops up.

I ordered the cards and there is no…
I ordered the cards and there are no instructions on how to start using the cards. There is no phone number to call. I did email there customer service team. They responded within 24 hours. It's been 48 hours and I still don't have my cards up and running. It should not go this way. The process is horrible. I hope the cards work better than the process to get them setup.
