License verification states 24/7 on their website but called up and confirmed it is only from Monday - Friday during regular business hours.
Rang up customer service and there is no option to expedite the process. Poor customer service and misleading statements on their website.

We have not received our pop…
We have not received our pop cards.Somehow they couldn't find our address during shipping and they were sent back to the distribution center in St Louis MO. I have no recourse to get them to me

Does anybody work here?
Emailed several times regarding PopCards that have "expired" and about this latest order that had inaccurate/confusing tracking. Nobody as ever gotten back to me. We will be pursuing options to get our money back.

Popcard dont work
I ordered Popcards. These arrived after 2 weeks and when I tried, the Popcards and are not configured and the message recommends contacting support. I have sent multiple emails (this is the only way to contact them that it's provided) without any response. I paid for cards that don't work, and the cards are useless.

I was introduced to pop card Buy a sign shop
I was introduced to pop card. I really like the concept and I brag to everybody about it what I didn’t like was navigating the purchase form. I wanted to put a logo on there granted I’m not the savviest computer person around but a help line or Something more user-friendly for older people may be a bit more advantageous other than that I think it’s really great. I was getting some signs done and the vendor had this. I was able to leave a star review and a description, but I was not able to load a picture.
