Great service and love the couch
Kept me updated with my delivery, once item shipped I was notified immediately and within a few days my couch arrived. We have a baby and the couch is easy to clean, comfy to sit on and very cozy for a big family.

This sofa is beautiful, it completely transformed my living room! The quality is amazing, I have a puppy at home and it has been very pet friendly. The material is easy to clean as well. I also love that you can move the pieces without having trouble! It also comes pre assembled which made my life so much easier! I recommend this sofa so much!

BEWARE! Pop Madison says you can return their products free of charge but when I requested a return they charged me $60 to return their product for being cheap/poor quality/ uncomfortable. I would not order from this place.

Our table and chairs were beautiful and easy to put together. We had an issue with one of the chairs but the customer service was amazing and fixed it right away. We received everything in a couple days although the pieces did ship separate. Highly recommend purchasing from here!

The barstools are beautiful
The barstools are beautiful, and the color was exactly what I was looking for. Shipping was also very fast, I placed my order on Friday and received it on Tuesday.
Unfortunately, I decided not to keep the barstools because I was not pleased with the additional holes in the legs. I wish there had been some type of finishing or covering to give them a more polished appearance.
That said, April was a tremendous help throughout the return process. She responded quickly, offered several solutions, and made the experience as smooth as possible. Her excellent customer service left a positive impression.
Although these particular barstools were not the right fit for me, I would definitely shop with Pop Maison again in the future.
