Whether this be a urinal for an event or a mains connected toilet for a building site, our dedicated team of admin staff and drivers will provide you with an excellent level of customer service to a professional standard and are able to answer any questions that you may have regarding the hire and servicing of portable toilets. Our large fleet of chemical, mains connected, hot wash, urinals, confined space and disabled access toilets are well maintained, tested and sanitised to industry standard.

Great service overall
Great service overall, just a little confusion over the invoicing and how much money was still left in the account to be refunded. Had to do a bit of old fashioned debits and credits book-keeping and get a refund for the balance on account.

The toilet didn’t work

Good morning Cathy, as we explained in our email, the toilet was working when it left the depot. They are all checked. We were not made aware during the event that the toilet was not working, had we been made aware we would have come out to site immediately to rectify the situation.

Excellent customer service and only company to offer Cran facility
Excellent customer service. Easy to get assistance over phone and email. Maintenance/Cleaning service is on time and professional. This is the only company that offered me a Crain facility to place the toilet unit in a garden with a wall boundary.
The only less-positive aspect is minimum “Four Weeks” booking fee. If it was flexible, then I am happy to give a Five-star.

As a charity the company has maintained excellent relationship for more than 10 years. the company follows infection control and health safety guidelines we are happy of the excellent service offered over the years
