This was my first time purchasing from this store. I received my posters quickly. They were packaged very well and the quality of the posters were amazing. I will definitely purchase from them again.

Never Recieved Order

Never Recieved Order. I ordered three posters off the website. Only one was delivered. I contacted customer support and they said this was a mistake and they would be sending me the other posters. Three weeks later and I still have not received the other two poster that I paid for. Customer service is now unresponsive.

Would not recommend

Very poor communication - almost impossible to contact customer services when something goes wrong. Would not order from Posterstore again. Posters poorly packaged so arrived with creases. Part of order did not arrive. Could not contact anyone at Customer Services. Would not recommend.

The hanging mechanism was not set correctly and could not connect to the wall because it was recessed behind the frame.
