Honestly Feel Scammed

The website offers to accept apple pay but then the payment doesn't go through. The "posters" arrived quickly but they weren't posters. They are prints copied onto the sheet size you ordered with two inch margins AND the picture quality is bad. I threw them all away.

Poor Quality

The quality was extremely poor and unusable. These were printed on very low-grade cardstock, making them feel cheap and not worth the paper they were printed on. I ultimately had to throw them away and would not recommend this product.

Excellent product

The poster we ordered came in excellent condition, I appreciate the strong cardboard tube that was used! The print is stunning in the frame we had and is a finishing touch to the room we placed it in! I will certainly be happy to recommend Posterstore and I will be a repeat customer!

I love the posters

I love the posters. The problem is getting frames for them. I have to go outside of poster store because the the watch list which has been months it seems.

Beautiful frame

Beautiful frame, carefully shipped. Seller should do a cover cheat sheet of all the steps involved in putting all the pieces together.

Feel like I overpaid big time

1) You can not reach them, tried reaching them online (form doesn't work, tried from different browsers) and via email (email address that they provide doesn't work either, get a failure notice), so the only way I was able to reach them is through Instagram.They know about this problem, but it still exists, and that very frustrating.
2) I made there orders with them and spent over $740 and I feel like I overpaid them, because the quality of the posters are really not the best (some posters looks like they were low on ink). And all the bigger posters are wave under the frame, looks very cheap (when in fact it is not).

Love the frames!

Finding pictures we liked was relatively easy—I LOVE the frames, definitely worth the extra spend compared to what you can find on Amazon and cheaper than options from Michael’s or Hobby Lobby.

No Client Service whatsoever

I had a damaged product delivered, a frame and acrylic front cracked, 70 * 100 cm oak frame order. I had emailed, called and chatted support team as website return form wasn't working and never received any response. Terrible experience.

Very disappointed

I ordered a poster print and never received a confirmation email so a couple of weeks later I ordered it again. For this one I received an email. I then received two poster prints. I tried to return one and the poster store took a very long time to get back to me! I choose to return it and I still have heard from them!
