Power IQ  Avis

After letting us down on two occasions (reason for 4star) when the electricians eventually came they done a very good job

Really smooth process from the start through to the really quick installation and the ongoing customer service has been fantastic. Would highly recommend this service for anyone thinking about getting solar installed.

First class service from start to finish. Professional, experienced and so helpful is how I would describe all the employees we met. Dean & Marc were super.

Guys came at the stated time and carried out the work on the day. These guys were brilliant, efficient, tidy and very professional. If you want to install a solar system this is the company to call. A special mention for Dave who came out and gave me a quotation and explained everything about how the system works. The aftercafe has also been excellent. Thank you 👍

The team was very well trained to do this job, everybody was hard working, they completed their work in time and in a supportive maner.
They came at the appointed day and time and finished their work in time.
I received a lot of explanations and help to install my App.

Excellent installation, clean, efficient and good after service for any queries.

I’ve just had 16 panels, a battery and an immersion heater switch installed with Power IQ and I’ve had a great experience! The sales rep was friendly and informative. The instal was quick and easy, 1 day and up and all connected, a great service.
Even in November I’m getting results and loving the solax app to see what electricity I’m generating
Great team of friendly people

Power IQ have been great with the price and service for solar panels and battery.
I was hesitant about moving forward with solar because of the hassle with paperwork but honestly these guys done the entire process. The only thing I had to do was let the electrician in to the switchboard one day! And all installed and running in one day!! Really straightforward. My husband is loving seeing the app, even in November we’re seeing real results!
Would recommend Power IQ!

Power IQ installed 16 solar panels and a 12kWh battery for us two weeks ago, and the whole process was seamless from start to finish. Everything was clearly explained, including the products and their benefits, which made choosing Power IQ an easy decision. The installation team were tidy, professional, and efficient, and we were up and running within two days. Even in November, we’re already seeing the benefits and enjoying tracking our system’s performance through the app

The sales rep David knew his stuff, his knowledge and enthusiasm to find the right solution for my house was great. The forecast saving calculation on their website is slightly flawed as they quote 10 hours economy rate, when it's only possible to get 7 hours from any provider. Irrespective, savings are already being realised, it's nice to see the generation levels from solar even though it's now November. Can't wait for next summer! Had the full system installed, 7.5kW of panels, 12kW battery with inverter and EV charger. Really sleek look and well positioned ( ie. NOT IN THE LOFT) as per BS recommendations, unlike other vendors I received quotes from! Really satisfied to date ( in 7 days) more to come if anything changes. Thx SolarIQ. 😁

Great company neat and tidy David very helpful.

Helpful, easy to contact, good follow up

Great job very neat tidy after care brilliant and battery charging well even on overcast days

The initial consultation was good. No sales stuff just really factual breakdown of everything. After speaking to other companies we went with Power IQ.

Instal was all done on one day and really straight forward. System was up and running the same day.

Haven't needed any after care but what contact we have had has been helpful.

Would definitely recommend.

Great service from Power IQ, Installation was over two days and the system was online. Sales team and Installation team where really helpful on any queries.
5 🌟

I can’t recommend Power IQ highly enough for their professionalism and attention to detail on the installation off solar panels with battery and water eddi at my home.
On reaching out to get estimates, David arrived and was informed and knowledgeable about the product he was recommending. There was no pushy sales just open honest conversations offering the best solution for my home to run more efficiently.
I agreed to have Power IQ complete my installation, the guys arrived promptly to my home on the 4th September, Liam and Lee the roofers were efficient, clean and tidy, and had panels up in what felt like no time at all.
Mathew the electrician was amazing, he went above and beyond to ensure that there was no unnecessary cables showing on my outside walls, and even hid the cables coming to my battery which I had placed in a storage room just off my utility room. Tidy workmanship is a complete understatement. Mathew stayed and ensured that all checks to the system were correct, and took time to explain how the whole system worked and how I would get the best from my new install.
I can't thank him enough, and whatever he was getting paid it wasn’t enough, it was 8pm before he left my house.
The next day I was contacted by Jessica to ask how install went and if there was anything else i needed help with, and that the team could be contacted to discuss any part of the system I needed help with, customer support is definitely not lip service with power IQ.
5 stars

I got quotes from 4 different solar system providers, but went with Power IQ after dealing with David Kernohan. From the outset he was very informative, straight talking and courteous throughout the process. Power IQ was not the cheapest system, but being in business myself I know that cheapest isn't always the best option. Fitted today, the fitters and electrician were very fast, efficient and informative. And the system was up and running, producing power immediately after. I would highly recommend. Thanks to all involved. Gary Ghio.

I can highly recommend power IQ if you are in the market for going solar. Great knowledge from the guys from start to finish. David the sales rep was great and explained all my questions and wasnt just pushing for a sale. Just well explained and showed a breakdown of why it would make sense to go with them. Install all fitted in 1 day. Electrian was great and stayed late to make sure the job was finished for me and took time to explain how the system worked. Power IQ won't disappoint and the team go above and beyond to make sure you have a great experience.

Power IQ were excellent from start to finish. When David came out to give us a quote he explained everything in detail and was able to answer any questions we had about solar panels and the system and after it was installed he rang to check we were happy with it all. The team did a great job at installing the panels and batteries. They were very professional and left the place tidy.
Would highly recommend this company

Absolutely thrilled with our new solar system! The whole process from the initial survey to the final installation was seamless. The installation team was professional, efficient, and kept everything tidy. We were kept informed every step of the way, and they took the time to explain how the system works. It's been running perfectly, and we're already seeing the benefits on our energy bills. Highly recommend to anyone considering solar!
