Antoinette and the team are always there to support with any queries and have helped us amend our terms and conditions to protect the business from future losses.

Emma was great start to finish she explained everything to myself to help understand even though I had been told by a certain company they would change over suppliers with no charges etc as a small business Emma was just brilliant patient understanding and didnt chase or feel hassled at any time we got everything sorted and settled within no time thankyou again

This company try to bully you into paying for contracts that you did not sign for that were done by pushy sales men with falsified signatures , from up to 6 years ago with no contact in that time .

I had no idea a company was claiming against me, Pre Action's Amanda told me why, when, how and the reason her company is involved, a long story but with her help we sorted the situation to a fair resolution for her client and my satisfaction, in most cases people ignore these problems but I am so relieved Pre Action were as helpful as can be in this case.
These 5 stars are for Jasmine Wilkinson. Correspondence from PreAction came as a shock - it was an issue I wasn’t even aware of. I responded to the initial email by calling Jasmine & she was incredible at taking the time to explain the situation, listen to my side & left me feeling reassured that the possibility of reaching an agreement that was fair to all was an option.
Not only this but she made it happen.
I’m a single Mum of 2 & was dreading the thought of a court case hanging over me. Jasmine helped make sure that didn’t happen & I am so grateful. Thank you Jasmine

Jasmine was brilliant from the very 1st contact. Not ringing/emailing every 5 mins. She explained everything clearly, never demanding or aggressive. I provided documents on time as stated and within 24hrs case closed and email confirmation received of closure.
Emma Lake was so lovely helping with an issue we had. She was very fair and understanding, listened to both parties points of view and we came to a fair resolution. Although it can be daunting to talk to anyone about a problem you may have it is worth doing to get it resolved for peace of mind. Just have a chat and don't bury your head in the sand!
Jasmine dealt with our issue in a very professional and understanding manner. She listened to all the facts and mediated between parties to resolve the issue. We are more than happy with the outcome that this matter was dealt with so swiftly.

From top to bottom a professional outfit. I reached out to Antoinette initially for some ad-hoc advice on an issue I needed resolved, she ran through how they could both help our business and reach an amicable resolution with the issue I originally needed guidance on. Since that point I've dealt with several of their advisers, had Joe help redesign our website and at every turn had swift and professional responses to any query I put their way. Can't recommend highly enough and what started as a quick bit of advice has turned into a mutually beneficial relationship which I can't value highly enough

Emma is credit to her profession she handled my case with patience and professionalism she was prepared to listen to my concerns and offered valuable advice which in turn saved me a lot of money and advised me how to proceed, after dealing with a less than helpful energy company and an even less helpful ombudsman it was very reassuring to feel that there was someone who genuinely wanted to help

Emma contacted me and i must confess i put the telephone down in her as the position my business had been put in was not my fault! Anyway she telephoned back and was absolutely brilliant! her manner and patience was outstanding! she didn’t talk down to me and was so understanding and compassionate! She calmly explained how she could help me. Yes my business had to may a fraction of what landed on my door step and i can’t tell you how helpful and supportive she has been. pre payment service is so helpful and not to be pushed aside as another angry debter! they have certainly helped me. More telephone handlers like her i say! weldone and thanks for sorting everything out for me emma.
