Mike has been very helpful in renewing both the gas & electricity. It's a job I hate dealing with but he has made it painless and is not pushy like a lot of the brokers that call. Very happy with the way the information was presented in a spreadsheet. A refreshing change from other energy companies that don't take no for an answer and force a deal down your throat.

Amanda Bullen was amazing in helping me with a ‘breach of contract’ claim from a Utility Agent!
The Company at fault were ruthless and threatening and Pre-Action got the case closed down for me.

I had a problem with two brokers & two electric company’s & one broker decided to fine me just under 1K for breach of contract, Utility Bidder was used to inform me of this & I contacted them, a really lovely, kind & understanding lady called Emma picked up & she was so helpful & gave me so much advice & helped me fight my corner, today, they dropped the fine & I am beyond greatful, she has a hard job & I treated her with respect as it’s not her fault, I cried & explained everything & she was soo caring & really truly helpful, I don’t know what I would of done without her, they are a brilliant company as far as I’m concerned ♥️
They are %100 scamers.

Sarah Kitching has served me so well her professional expertise and understanding helped resolve a difficult contract situation that was so bad that it was seriously affecting my health and family relationships.
I cannot thank Sarah enough for helping me at a time when I really needed professional advice and support as well as emotional understanding.

emma went above and beyond helping me resolve this. it went on for over six weeks and numerous emails back and forth. the outcome was the penalty was cancelled. cannot thank emma enough.

After a scary email from Utility Bidder asking f
or £750 for ending my 5 year contract 2 months early (due to house sale), I contacted Pre action to try and resolve.
Jasmine was helpful and knowledgeable, listened, and promised to contact them and explain my situation.
I just had a call back saying "no further action, case closed".
Thankyou for handling this with understanding, and a "human touch" rather than a computer generated monstorous claim from Utility Bidder.

Our church was faced with an unexpected charge for an unknown unfulfilled contract. Lindsay was very helpful, courteous and patient as we explored the source of the problem. We had to pay the debt but Lindsay negotiated a discount for which we were very grateful. Thank you Lindsay!
