I would like to acknowledge what a tremendous help Jasmine has been in settling an Energy dispute that we managed to get ourselves into. I have really appreciated all that she done, in a most professional manner, to explain and be totally clear about the situation that we were in. I dealt with Jonathan from PreAction I can honestly say that he was not aggressive like most people chasing deabt. He showed a lot of respect towards me and my company and was very understanding.

The businesses complaining about being contacted by preaction are hypocrites.
Breaching contracts has consequences - complaining about the REACTION to your ACTION is ridiculous.
Griping about your hardship without a thought or care for the business they are stripping of payments.
Honour what you've agreed.

Started working with Preaction earlier this year, they've been extremely helpful in recovering debt for us, aswel as assisting in other matters. Sean and Stephen are always at hand to give advice and would highly recommend this company

They helped me to prove that I was not responsible for a debt that accumulated for reasons beyond my control. Good friendly service. They responded and dealt with the matter quickly and efficiently. Thank you.

Really straight forward and kept in the loop Preaction take away the stress of those unpaid invoices and is a great firm to have on your side.

If you honour the contract you have agreed or pay the invoice you owe then PreAction wont need to contact you.
Simple as that really.

My business has employed the services of PreAction to contact customers that haven't paid outstanding invoices or not taken up contracts we arranged for them.
We cant afford to do the job we were asked to do, and that the customer agreed to go ahead with in writing or verbally over the phone for them to cancel or not pay.
The people complaining on here should maybe think as to the reason they have been contacted - the fault it yours not preaction's.
