We instruct our medical experts to have sight of all relevant documentation prior to an appointment taking place. However, there can be instances where the instructed experts will review and ask questions on specific documents to help conduct there examination.

The doctor I was was great but
The doctor I was was great. But the place I attended kept sending me bills when it was paid for by my solicitor. It took around a month for this to be resolved

Generally, our experts book their own venues for appointments and occasionally additional tests where appropriate, and this is all handled by our medical experts in terms of costs and we ensure payment is met with that matter.

First don't think premex is a bad company
First of all I Don't think premex is a bad company.
But I do feel it's let's down by it's so called specialist that didn't listen to a word I told him.
Mr Sunit Patil to be exact.
Who had me sign a letter he wrote up on his laptop and proceeded to tell me everything we had discussed would be mentioned in his report which turned out he didn't.
Some specialist not in my opinion. I might as well of been examined by Stevie wonder.
At least he might of mentioned the facts.
Anyway you have been warned Your choice.

Had to wait over an hour past my appointment time to be seen, very poor experience. When seen, felt like a professional meeting, but w very rushed.

I am sorry to hear that you are dissatisfied with the experience you had received during your appointment. Our instructed medical experts are usually given medical records and other supporting documentation upon the instructing solicitors request at the beginning of a claim, therefore the medical appointment is usually quite short. However, dependent on the complexity of the claim, this can be longer.

Excellent website, with products easy to find and without postage costs, especially considering the distance.
