Room for improvement
E-mail communication with Premex isn’t great. Sometimes submitting forms which Premex keeps requesting, half-dozen times and getting solicitor to also submit before they get acknowledgment.
Also had x2 Medical appointments booked in Manchester, the Medical consultant was surprised as he frequently has clinics in London where I live. Therefore wasting my time/money on over 6 hours commuting.

Please also accept my apologies on the inconvenience caused, especially with the considerable amount of time spent commuting to your medical appointment in Manchester. I am sorry to hear that you have had to travel for your appointment when there had been appointments considerably closer to yourself, I can confirm that the medical experts we instruct through Premex + arrange their own appointments directly with the claimant, due to avoiding any conflicting commitments. I will raise this internally with our expert liaison department to ensure that our medical experts are arranging the closest appointments available.
Regarding the forms you have been asked to complete, if you would be so kind to email my self directly with the letters you refer to at Luke.Bennett@premex.com and I will look into this further for you.

I was given clear instructions how to…
I was given clear instructions how to get to my appointment. So when I arrived I was not stressed. The consultant was brilliant. I was so at ease and I was provided with so much information to help me with my settlement for a insurance claim.
