Poor communication
I went to the appointment cancelled work, lost over £600 by the time I had paid for the venue and rolled all the classes and paid for travel only to have the consultant not be there. Premex hadn’t told them the appointment was confirmed despite confirming it with me.

Poor wait times and poor excuses
It took 3.5 months for the report to be completed. Due to apparently being unable to open a file from a chiropractor and despite being sent the files 7 times in accessible files

No empathy
No empathy, very rude doctor didn’t want to listen to what I had to say. Absolutely a waste of time.
I saw a doctor at crofton surgery months ago who was very caring, patient and took his time to listen to what I had to say. (I’m guessing those notes have been lost) it was the same question air so not sure why I got sent again for the same thing.
After crofton ms doctor who was incredible to be then be sent to an other doctor in Wakefield whose attitude was terrible.
