Failure to deliver darts in time scale promise and no apology. Site makes a big point of promising delivering within 2 days. Checked site before ordering and it expressly said 'shipping fully operational'. Chased on day 3; briefest of reply on day 4 saying its out for delivery and, although 2 days late already, no apology offered; chased day 5 and Premier Darts sent a photo of different product as proof of delivery, again without any apology. Suggest you buy your equipment elsewhere to avoid the frustration.

Absolutely terrible darts, broke after 2 days use.

Never written a review for anything before but had to with how superb these lot were, order arrived exactly when it said it would with next day delivery. Ordered the same stuff off dartshopper, a week prior and the dartshopper order still hasn’t left Europe, meanwhile this has already arrived within a day !

After waiting 8 days with no parcel in sight , no info on the tracking , email sent and no response so I contact Amazon shipping and they say they haven’t received it from them yet from the company , I get an email from premier darts asking to write a review on how I’m enjoying my new item ????????

I ordered a Luke Littler darts shirt for my grandson at Christmas unfortunately the zip was broken I contacted Premier Darts and they replaced the shirt immediately their customer service is excellent thank you

Easy to shop, quick delivery and updates through the shop app made it a great buying experience

Used premier darts for years but no longer. Purchased a small pack of points and paid the ridiculous next day delivery fee before there cut off time of 3pm and my item wasn’t dispatched. Contacted customer service and asked for a refund on delivery which most other company’s have done in the past, Darts Clearance, Darts Corner to name a few. Customer service ignored my question. The points came too late for their purpose and are now redundant. If they offer next day shipping before a certain time and don’t provide the service, it shows how the business is now run unfortunately. Better places out there to get your equipment, avoid.

Good fast delivery and the website has a lot of products. Will definitely be buying more from them.

Preordered an out of stock dartboard for January delivery for Grandsons birthday lovely surprise to be told back in stock and got in time for Christmas a very happy Grandson

Placed a order not much came in total to £33.80 I received a email saying it was out for delivery i kept checking my emails to see if any updates on the delivery as some time the time of delivery changes when I checked around 19:25pm i had email saying my package was delivered at 19:16pm but this was not the case I checked in my shed all around my garden the bins everywhere there was nothing to be found i then went checking with my neighbours but nothing none of them took nothing in i then contacted amazon as it was getting delivered threw them they advised me to get hold of the actual seller which then I did I sent them a email which then I had a reply back around 4pm the next day which all was replied back to me was.... it says it was delivered at this time on this day which I already knew that's why I'm contacting them to let them know it has not been delivered in the email I stated that I had not recieved my parcel but it's saying delivered i also stated that I checked with neighbours and all around my garden and shed but nothing has been delivered and the response was ridiculous I know it says delivered but it hasn't that is why I have emailed you if you read the email correctly you would see that it says I have recieved a email saying delivered but it has not ect never order with this company there are a few really bad comments about delivery just wish I read before I bought
