The guy who came to measure did not…

The guy who came to measure did not measure properly so when the fitter came he had to do more work so that the blinds would fit maybe he was in a rush but the fitter and me also was a bit disappointed overall the outcome of it I absolutely love my blinds the fitter did an amazing job with them , he was very quick at fitting them up and he even helped take down my old pelmets thank you very much

We recently had Premium Blinds fit…

We recently had Premium Blinds fit blinds for our house, and unfortunately, our experience was disappointing. The person who took the measurements was not approachable and came across as rude. Additionally, the price advertised on Facebook was not the same as the final quote after measurements were taken.

The blinds were not measured properly, resulting in steel rails that are too short, making it difficult to open the door properly—something we never experienced with our previous blinds. When we raised this concern, the response we received was, ‘Thank you for the images. The blinds are correct and fit for purpose. Unfortunately, we wouldn’t be able to do anything to eliminate this problem. When having vertical blinds on a door, this can happen.’

We expected a more professional and customer-friendly approach to resolving the issue. Unfortunately, our experience did not meet our expectations.”**

The salesman who came with a bag

The salesman who came with a bag, measured the dimensions, was very pushy and rude. He measured, gave a sky-high price, expensive materials, etc., gave a price £400 more than the competition and immediately asked how I wanted to pay the deposit without even asking me for my consent or acceptance of the offer. He demanded a 40% deposit and note that it is non-refundable even if you change your mind an hour after the visit. For those who value peace and quality of service, I do not recommend their services.

The sales person who came to visit me…

The sales person who came to visit me was over an hour later than he stated on the phone and then seemed annoyed with me because he was stuck in traffic. He quoted really high and stated it’s because he’s had to come a long way.

Just had 4 blinds fitted best company about staff are all amazing fitter was very polite and nice guy well done to the company for running an exceptional service will definitely be ordering more in the new year thanks guy and merry Christmas to you all keep up the good work

What a JOKE

What a JOKE!

Never been so disrespected in all my life.
The salesman, did nothing but slag every other company off. Explain that their costs cover his nicely wrapped car and 7 other hands that have to be paid.
Then went on to tell me how big my windows were, and that he would tell his manager that we’re his friends and we will get a discount.

Very very unprofessional, and judgemental.

Asked for an appointment

Asked for an appointment. They gave me a choice between morning or afternoon. Once I agreed to afternoon I was given a 3-7 slot. On the day at 6.40pm someone called me to say the representative was running late and would be around 1 hour and 20 mins!!!! Bloody awful communication and booking system

Awful Sales man ! Very intimidating and rude !

We had a terrible experience a few weeks ago, a sales representative showed up to give us a quote on some blinds, he came across as very friendly at first but when we decided we didn't want to purchase that specific day he became very aggressive, intimidating and rude... this really unsettled us as 2 vulnerable females.
He threw his books and blind examples in his bag and stormed through the door when we stood firm in our decision. He also lied several times and dropped the price of premium blinds from over 1500 to 600 which was bizzare. We also had trouble getting him to leave, awful experience !!!!

Fantastic

Fantastic. They gave me exactly what I asked for. Love my blinds and so will my kids. Especially the black out, washable. The fitter Shan was so quick & helpful. Thank you Shan

The guy who came to fit the blinds…

The guy who came to fit the blinds fitted the blinds all different sizes from the window. He even fitted a rail that was dented and when I called him just after he left he said he would inform the office which he never. Then I had to inform the office and they said they was going to come out on the Wednesday. No show so I'll phone them again. Said Saturday between 9:00 and 12:00 no sure. So I called again and they said he would be there in half an hour hour or later. I called again another 8 minutes. Disgusting treatment and I will never use them again! There is no aftercare. Two of the vertical blinds are running short and you can see daylight through the edge plus the rail being dented and then being different sizes away from the window. So whenever you get them done check

Don't expect an ETA

Unfortunately I didn't get as far as a quote but did lose half my weekend. After arranging an appointment and been given a 4 hour window I requested an eta no less than 5 times between arranging the appointment and finally getting a call after 2.5 hrs of waiting and chasing via WhatsApp. "The agent has had car troubles". This was after a comment "the agent tried to call you but you were busy". Frequently used excuses for missing appointments I suspect. Then on the revised date, the next day tbf, again still no eta after 2 requests. Ended up cancelling as I explained on the call I had another appointment after the window I was given had passed.
Premium Blinds, who knows, definitely budget Customer Service!

BEWARE - Their name may contain the word PREMIUM but their service is NOT!!! It took five attempts to install one…

It took five attempts to install one set of vertical blinds correctly. The first install left us with blinds with three torn slats, no end stops or a centre support. So every time we opened the blinds fully the rail sagged in the middle and when we closed them they collided with the wall.

The second attempt resulted in the torn slats being replaced, however, the replacement rail still had no centre support.

The third attempt did not really happen. The fitter turned up on the appointed day but without notification. On realising he didn't have the parts he then left without even telling us. We only discovered this as a result of our door bell camera footage.

The fourth attempt gave us a new rail with a centre support installed, but it kept getting stuck. This was installed a day later than promised too.

Finally, they got it right on the fifth attempt though it's taken them over a month to do so.

This is not what I consider to be a "Premium" service or even an acceptable one!

Man came to measure said they would be ready in a week 2 days later blinds ready will fit on Saturday ,man turned up no steps nothing obviously in a big hurry it was 7.15 on a Saturday evening and it went downhill all the way the previous man had measured well this blind no where near fits he fixed it halfway in the recess as he said it would not go anywhere else even though we agreed on measuring it would be fitted near to window as he stepped he dropped the blind then rolled it back up with one hand and the drill in the other the wrappings I went to clear and found one end stop which he was not sure what to do with it ,when he left no end stops in place or even here blind tight to wall one side the other side big gap they are lopsided also marked the blind material Nd the Sr at the bottom scratched and dented and better still cannot open or shut them only about 6 ins but even that is difficult ,I rang the company and they are checking for someone to come and repair them I did not ask for faulty blinds that need repairing or were stained dented with metal scratched I paid gor new blinds to be fitted and got what looks like an old blind that no where near fits I would never recommend still waiting for a return call now they won't answer my. Calls which having spoke to other victims is what they do these blinds don't even work

MANIPULATIVE, PRESSURE SALESMAN TARGETING VULNERABLE PEOPLE

Really poor customer service. Sold blinds to my 70 year old father, called the same day as he was confused and should not have paid the deposit to be informed it’s none refundable. Call handler advised they are bespoke blinds and the fabric has been ordered (but the blinds have not been cut).

AVOID at all costs. Manipulative and pressure sales towards the elderly.

I got my blinds yesterday they are very nice the guys that come where in and out fast workers lovely guys wouldn't have gone any where else we'll down premium blinds I will be using u again for my patio doors thank u I'm very greatful
