Delivery was not great. The box was left on the doorstep with no indication that it had been delivered; no knock no ring. So far have tried one meal and found it quite tasty albeit the portion was... Voir plus

I enjoy the flavour of their protein meals but I’m not a fan of the new packaging. I’ve been expecting a price increase but was shocked when it went up by 40%! I cannot accept an increase like this... Voir plus

It’s difficult not to give top marks. Maybe the meals look a bit rough when initially opened but they taste wonderful and there is the perfect amount of it. 12 meals done and not one has let me down.... Voir plus

Good stuff
Five stars for your new winter warmer meals, your existing menu selection was getting very predictable, but these 5 new meals have put you on another level, they are absolutely delicious and filling, don’t mind paying the extra for quality.

Great Quick Real Food
I have only tried a few of the meals so far, they have been flavourful and filling - exactly what I need...
I may not be your typical customer, but it's good to know that being disabled and often housebound doesn't mean meals-on-wheels and other tasteless options.

No repeat order warning
Food is fine, but you don't get reminders about repeat orders until it's too late, often meaning I have to freeze food and then delay the next order.

Delivery delayed then cancelled. New delivery date given for 2 days after parcel was due. Still awaiting delivery.

We’re really sorry for the delay, there was an issue at the main delivery hub which affected a few orders, so we had to have them repacked and resent. We can see your order is due to arrive today.

Food is okay, woeful customer service
Food is okay, but customer service is woeful.
Not to mention, this is the 2nd time in a year where they’ve delivered to the wrong location. Mentioned this to customer services, who after I said I’ll just cancel my subscription, just never bothered to reply.
I’d avoid personally. Only reason why it’s not a 1 star is because the sweet chili rice pot is pretty good
