Delivery was not great. The box was left on the doorstep with no indication that it had been delivered; no knock no ring. So far have tried one meal and found it quite tasty albeit the portion was... Voir plus

I enjoy the flavour of their protein meals but I’m not a fan of the new packaging. I’ve been expecting a price increase but was shocked when it went up by 40%! I cannot accept an increase like this... Voir plus

It’s difficult not to give top marks. Maybe the meals look a bit rough when initially opened but they taste wonderful and there is the perfect amount of it. 12 meals done and not one has let me down.... Voir plus

We understand how frustrating that must have been. We can see that you’ve already been in contact with our customer service team, who have arranged a free-of-charge re-ship for you, and this is due to be delivered today.

Disappointing
Ordered and booked delivery for Tuesday waited in no communication then checked evri to see it’s delayed and not coming. Worried as it said 24hr chilled packaging, assured it will be delivered next day, Wednesday, and still be ok. Next day again no communication check evri to see they’ve destroyed it as it’s perishable. Contact them and they could reorder but won’t receive it till next Monday. Very disappointing with delivery, communication and resolving it.

Frozen as advertised
Would be unfair not to add another review after issues i had with receiving a few previous deliveries that had thawed. On receiving a reply from prepped pots i took no further action until this parcel arrived.
On opening this parcel i was pleasantly surprised to see the frozen blocks have appeared to have been changed(another brand?) and were VERY frozen still. All my meals have arrived frozen. 👌👍🙏

These meals are very tasty, low in calories and just so convenient. Quite filling too. Delivery time is good, and they come very well packaged
