Delivery was not great. The box was left on the doorstep with no indication that it had been delivered; no knock no ring. So far have tried one meal and found it quite tasty albeit the portion was... Voir plus

I enjoy the flavour of their protein meals but I’m not a fan of the new packaging. I’ve been expecting a price increase but was shocked when it went up by 40%! I cannot accept an increase like this... Voir plus

It’s difficult not to give top marks. Maybe the meals look a bit rough when initially opened but they taste wonderful and there is the perfect amount of it. 12 meals done and not one has let me down.... Voir plus

I usually have good experience
I usually have good experience . But last couple of orders I have been disappointed as lots of meals been out of stock therefore not the best choices. Also finding out at the last minute that they are substituting items with ones I don’t like .

We have been transitioning some older meals out while introducing new ones, which unfortunately caused some temporary stock issues and substitutions.

We started using prepped pots a few weeks ago and they are ok do the job but very repetitive. Please do more meals I’m bored already

Company is good, prices are good and quality of foods is also good.
I do think the app needs work and updating as seems slightly buggy and hard to make contact to company through it.

We can see this was delayed for you as requested however unfortunately due to higher ticket volumes this restarted prior to when was required and apon our customer support team responding the order had gone through.
We can confirm this was then cancelled and refunded iwithout delay, we are very sorry for our delayed response as this is not our usual level of service. Our apologies once again.

Fine, but quite average
The meals were fine - as you might expect for pre-portioned microwaveable meals. Lacked flavour and the chicken in particular felt very processed/inauthentic. Totally edible but not sure I’d reorder.

missing Items
I have been using them a while and they can be hit and miss in terms of the amounts of ingredients in each pot/meal . On this most recently delivery they wrote to me explaining that half of my order was unavailable and i would be refunded. i was charged £10 less than the normal £70 , i wouldn't call that a refund , would you?!

Beef isn't fit for human consumption
We've been buying Prepped Pots for about a year. Overall the quality has been pretty good but the meals have always lacked a lot of meat, especially any meals with beef in. We've kind of looked past that because beef is expensive. However, more recently we bought two Hungarian Stroganoffs which was absolutely vile. Not only did it taste awful the beef wasn't fit for human consumption. There was not one bit of beef that wasn't gristle or was edible and this is no exaggeration. My husband tried the second a few days later and his was exactly the same. This 'beef' wouldn't even be suitable for dog food. It's really made us consider whether we continue buying them.

Delivery was 4/4.5 days after dispatch - apart from the obvious quality implications of refreezing again is this length of time even ‘food safe’?
