I enjoy the flavour of their protein meals but I’m not a fan of the new packaging. I’ve been expecting a price increase but was shocked when it went up by 40%! I cannot accept an increase like this... Voir plus

It’s difficult not to give top marks. Maybe the meals look a bit rough when initially opened but they taste wonderful and there is the perfect amount of it. 12 meals done and not one has let me down.... Voir plus

Foods are good but delivery internal packaging is poor
Foods are good but packaging poor. Meals have often leaked onto the other pots. They have moved about in the packaging and are upside down and askew, as they are not tightly packed enough to keep them in place.

Good selection of foods with reasonable prices…
Good selection of foods with reasonable prices. The size on some of the selections means I have to add some extra food e.g adding a cibatta. Most foods can be frozen so not a problem if you have some left on the use by dates.

Sooo tasty & filling due to protein. We are sampling each & every product & so far all are exceptional taste & quality & actual meat. I would love to sample protein powders but they appear to be in demand & currently out of stock.

Regarding the protein powders, they’re very popular and can sell out quickly, but we’re working hard to keep them in stock. We hope you’ll get the chance to try them soon!
Don't waste your time or money
I cancelled my account after receiving my first order after finding the food completely tasteless and not of value for the money I'd spent. Only to discover that it hadn't been cancelled on their end, when I received an email the day before another delivery turned up. I tried to refuse the delivery but the driver wouldn't take it back. I personally know about food as I was a chef for many years, so know how things should be. All in all a very disappointing experience with them. NOT RECOMMENDED ONE BIT

Misleading
I made an order of 7 meals to arrive on 8th December. They then send more meals on the 10th that I wasn't aware of.
They said it was part of my subscription...i did not order the extra meals.
So deleted account and would say to anyone joining to be aware.

If it helps, we do offer a range of meals that aren’t spicy at all, and we'd love for you to find something that suits your flavour preferences better.

Tiny portion sizes.
Enough different menus for a few weeks before it gets boring. Overall nice flavour although some are bland. Biggest drawback is tiny kid-sized portions, ok if you eat 3 a day.
