When their ad popped up on my computer and showed some of their products I was impressed. Then I started looking at more of their items and WAS APPALLED! The items were vulgar and had no place being sold next to religious and patriotic items. This is unacceptable and deceptive advertising and this company should be ashamed!! I do not intend to do business with this company and certainly won't recommend it to friends and family!

I'm giving them five stars even though initially I didn't think I was going to be happy because product I received was not what I had expected, but these guys made sure that at the end of the day I was satisfied with the product I received and therefore I am completely satisfied. You don't always get that from an online company so this definitely sets them apart from companies that don't care if you're not happy with what you received. Total scam
Total scam. I ordered a notebook and canceled it 16 minutes later. According to the policy stated on their own website, if it hasn’t shipped before the cancellation, you will get a full refund. Instead, they kept emailing me asking questions over and over that I’d already answered, or even information given in my original email. Then they said “oh, sorry! It’s too late for a refund! We just shipped it!” When I reminded them of their policy and the exact time I cancelled the order, they made excuses and offered a discount. Then after I said no, they offered me a partial discount. Then they told me I could get the refund, but only when I send the product back once it gets to me (which I will have to pay for shipping). I said no, they will have to pay that, I cancelled! I should be paying exactly $0.00 for this transaction.
I filed a dispute with PayPal and they backed the seller, so be careful using PayPal as well! These people are total scammers, they know how to work the system and use loopholes, and keep your money.
*Edit: Their response to my review is a complete lie. They have not been working with me to resolve the issue. If they were honest, they’d admit they’ve been ignoring my messages.

If I could give less I would. Ordered 2 rings totaling $37.91. Paid with PayPal. These items were the poorest quality of any purchase I made. I was contacted after informing the company and was given the ridiculous option of a discount. Refusing..I was informed that I could return the items..at my expense to China. Yeah.
