I want to give them 0 rate here, the guy quote $2,700 for a pair of soft pipe for a washing machine and he told me that it is cheaper on the market.
they use different name for the branding like Smith's plumber etc. but email has Prestigiousgroup/plumbing.
try to avoid them to save your time and money.

This is a complete scam and it should be reportable to police.

Was quoted 2900+ AUD to unblock a partial drain blockage in one of my toilets.
They wanted to do CCTV, jet blasting etc etc etc etc
I eventually fixed it myself in 45 minutes.
How do you justify 2900+ dollars for an hours work? This is just laughable.

Anyway, had to pay the 129 dollar call out fee which I'm disputing with the bank as it's not disclosed anywhere.

Ending up with a quote of $3000
to change everything Refused
I had to pay a call out fees of $128
Feeling so robbed So upset
Scammers!!!!!!

A full blown horrible experience dealing with these guys.
Long story short, stay away from these crooks whose only motive is to rip you off left right centre.
They quoted $16,000 for a job that got fixed for 3,000.Imagine the greed.!!

Absolute rip-offs and a very disappointing experience with Prestigious Plumbing. The prices they charged were extremely high for the level of service provided, and it felt like a complete rip-off. After paying a 10%“deposit” before even getting anything out, I was left with no real solution to the issue. The answers given were vague and didn’t offer anything beyond what was already obvious.

Professional plumbing services should provide clear diagnoses, practical solutions, and fair pricing. Unfortunately, that wasn’t the case here. Based on my experience, I would strongly recommend getting other plumbers before choosing this company.

These guys ripped off my parents. 20 minutes to unblock a pump in a two year old dishwasher. Charged them over $500 and ansked for a positive review which my mum refused to do. They obviously prey on the elderly. Scum of the earth so steer clear…!!!

Prestigious Plumbing ABN 44153421615 - Absolutely SCAMMER - DONT LET THEM IN THE HOUSE. They Quoted me $1600 for just only to replace the Gas Cooktop - They think I am fool, ask them to leave the property immidielty. Another plumber did it for $350.00 Stay Away guys. Not sure why I cant leave the review on Google as they didnt appeared to have a website either. STAY AWAY

Absolute rip off!
Caught me at a very vulnerable time (two deaths in one week), visitor coming and no hot water ....needed old water system removed and new one installed. Googled for same day service and came up with Prestigious plumbing.
Agree with all the other complaints/reviews - pressure sales, padded out quote and charged double the amount. Now that I have had time to review, I realise they are scammers - disgusting and should be delisted.

Absolute disgrace and took advantage of a 90 year old living by them selves. Quoted 30k for a job worth less than 8k.
Pressured into signing on the spot after hours and wouldn’t leave property until payment was made

These guys are a scam and neet to be reported to the ACCC. Charged $600 for a call out fee, had to get them back a day later when the quoted $6K for a hot water replacement. Everyone else was half that. SCAM SCAM SCAM.

We called Smith's Plumbing(Brisbane) and got Prestigious Plumbing. A plumber came out but seemed to be continually on the phone to his boss,("Jordan"). The Plumber quoted around $1300 to investigate and clear a blocked storm water drain. He spent an hour or so trying to get into the pipe... the drain end had a reduction fitting pipe and the kerbside pipe had a crimp about a metre from the gutter so he couldnt access the pipe. The Plumber worked out a quote to replace part of the pipe, the quote was $16,000!! We told him we are not paying that. Plumber left without completing the job but with our $1300. He returned in 25 minutes with his boss Jordan on the phone who spoke to me, he tried to convince me to pay the 16,000 to replace the pipe. Jordan told me about payment plans(because we are Seniors) He reduced the price from 16,000 to 9,000 in 5 minutes. Beware! Dont use this company.

Shocking! Simple job, clear access which would take 20 minutes with th correct tool! Got quoted $5000 😂😂😂

Came out and quoted $1082.00 for a blocked drain , charged me $43.50 administration/booking fee after I said no. They just so happen to carry eftpos machines with them. Rip off merchants .

Called another plumber cost $350.00

Beware the company will try and scam you.
We paid $132 for a call out fee, then was quoted 2k for a job that took another plumber half an hour.

I search google for a plumber in my area and it came up with Prestigious Plumbing (1300515024). Called them and arranged for them to come to my rental property and give me a quote. Lucky i did as it came in just under $2,500.00 inc gst. I knew from my own Building experience that this job would take less than 1 hour to do (replace copper to pvc junction) Told them no #@$% way. We had already dug a hole and located the leak. Rang office for break up of lump sum and told they dont give that information out. Told them im not stupid and dont feel like getting ripped off and will find someone else who can quote properly.
Decided to go elsewhere and found another plumber that turned up within the hour, fixed the issue in 20mins and bill was under $300 inc gst

I’m writing this to make sure I have the correct company listed above, as this was my experience with Prestigious Plumbing Pty Ltd (ABN and licence number included for clarity).

We called regarding a blocked toilet. Ben and Trent attended. After inspecting the toilet, Ben advised that hydro jetting equipment would be required and quoted us $2,769 to complete the job. We were surprised by the cost, particularly as the toilet was not overflowing and the blockage was partial (water was draining slowly).

During the visit, Ben also tried to force a payment plan option for the quoted amount. I told him I’d like a second opinion and the Ben says it doesn’t matter who you call it will be the same price 👀

Given the high quote, we decided to seek a second opinion from a local plumber. The second plumber cleared the blockage within approximately 20 minutes using standard drain clearing equipment, and the total cost was $450.

Based on our experience, the initial quote we received felt excessive compared to the work ultimately required. I would strongly recommend obtaining a second quote before proceeding with any major plumbing work!

Do not waste your time with these guys, so over priced, wanted to charge $681 just to see what the problem was. Called his manager Chris and he’s an absolute disgrace, can’t believe he is even capable of running a business. Just had another plumber out who charged me $98 to get my hot water service up and running.
Do your research and stay aware from this business.

Unfortunately picked them from the top listing in google. They came out and quoted $1700 to source the leak etc. Something felt off so went with everyone else's comments and reviews and glad we did. Got a second quote and only cost $400 and fixed within 30 mins. Watch out to others not to get ripped off.

An elderly man aged 92 used this company he found on Google, as it appeared at the top of his search!!
. They attended immediately took $3.5k from his credit card , tricked him in to signing over 2 transactions 4 minute apart for a blocked sewer.
They dug a 2 metre trench about 800ml deep cut out a section of Earthen ware pipe replaced it with PVC , and then wanted at further $17000.00 to finish the job. Which was to back fill. Another plumber attended said the drain should have been cleared for around $400 and did not need digging up. These guys pray on the elderl DO NOT USE AT ANY COST. They also all drive NSW registered UTEs . THEIR WEBSITE IS UNDER CONSTRUCTION! Another RED FLAG!
they also only obtained an ABN IN NOVEMBER OF 2025. Police and bank are involved . PLEASE PLEASE PLEASE DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY.
