I ordered a pair of shoes for my daughters birthday, usually these shoes take 4-6 weeks but after telling Prettyie about my daughters birthday she ensured that the shoes were with us within 4 days in time for her birthday. My daughter loves her new shoes, we will definitely be buying some more. 5 stars for amazing quality and customer service!

I placed an order on the 16th of January and still haven’t received my item.
Despite several emails sent to the company I’ve had one response, I haven’t been able to get a response since. It’s so annoying because I spent £131 and it’s proven difficult to get a refund.

Amazing! After being scammed by 2 different Istagram accounts I was desperate to find some custom shoes and fast for my boyfriend's 21st birthday!

Came across this page on social media and placed an order for 2 pairs. Both pairs were lovely. Couldnt fault them. I got loads of comments about them because the colourways are so good. Ive placed another order today for a third pair and will continue to buy different colourways. Really would recommend them because customer services is ran by an actual human being who conversates with you rather than a robot. So even if you have an issue it can get resolved quickly. I got a discount on the third pair as a returning customer which was nice because i wasnt expecting it. Shows that they see when its a returning customer.

Love the shoes ! The dior print is really beautiful , the only negative point is that the print on the shoes comes off a little so I had to add some glue on it
