I have been a ppp customer for a very long time since the back bedroom days to be exact so even before Shell came on the scene. Seeing the business grow year after year has been incredible and being a supporter of such a beautiful company has been amazing. PPP went from helping me being more organised with adult life day to day etc to literally helping me through my Brain Tumour Journey. Not only that but to now have family and friends jump onto the PPP train has been amazing as we now share ideas and help and support each other using the products. There's not one product I dont own other than the birthday books as I dont have human children only 4 legged hairy fur children lol. The community that also comes with the company is absolutely stunning and has grown bigger over the years. Its a very special community where like-minded PPP fans help, care and support each other. Full of love and kindness from those that work at PPP HQ to the customers and community. The products are next level out of this world amazing. From the quality, to how each product is created and designed, how they can be designed to be versatile and work to each individual persons needs. Being undated means you can start and stop whenever you like from products that are designed to help in those more busy times to products you can pick up and start and stop using for certain times through the year on when works for you. The variety of products work for yourself, if you its just you and your partner or for families. There's products that can help students and those that work aswell as running a full house with busy schedules. Jac has truly built an incredible empire that continues to go from strength to strength and should be so proud of what you have created. Jac has a team that has very quickly from the start turned into a family of incredible ladies and Gent (Adam, Jacs husband) that work so hard to bring us incredible products that we can never get enough of and enjoy using daily. A small but mighty team that I can honestly say work harder, faster and better than some of those big companies we all know. But as much as they work hard they are truly cared for by Jac the creater and founder of PPP and that is something very rare these days in this climate.
So this review is also an appreciation post and if anyone is contemplating a purchase I highly recommend as you wont be disappointed and you immediately become part of an incredible community too. 😊👌🥰♥️

The planners are perfect, not sure I could manage without mine now. The colours are beautiful and all the pages are printed with quality. I would always recommend these planners.

Amazing as always

I have been a customer of PPP since it began, I love their products and the effort that goes into their designs. This year I made a change to my usual planner and the item just didn’t work well for me personally. This was my error to be honest as I hadn’t clearly read the description. After speaking with Sian and Adam, I was able to agree a swap for my usual product. It’s likely this cost the company a small amount to resolve for me, but the customer service I received was top tier! I will 100% be sticking with PPP in the future, it’s good to be able to work out a resolution and gives me a lot of confidence in their customer ethos and values. Thanks again…. Also Adam, I knew you’d pick green ☺️

Pretty perfect products are an incredible small business, their products are such high quality and customer service is unbelievable!

I had a fault with a planner I bought, emailed them (quite late at night) and had a response within 3 hours!! They did not have to respond out of working hours but always go above and beyond for customers. A massive thank you to Shell for the speedy response and resolution, you are so appreciated!

Everything is so beautifully wrapped . I am new to pretty perfect planners and i will be ordering more .
I was told there would be a free gift for the amount spent but i wouldnt lwt that put me off x she is an inspiration to us working so hard with a small family x

Before purchasing my items I did a fair bit of research and am always keen to support small businesses.
I made my initial pre-order purchase on the 10th November and was excited to receive notification on the 24th November that the items had been despatched. I then went onto make purchases during the saturday live at the end of that month. To date there has been no update to my original tracking notice. In a panic I re-ordered my items and received everything in under a week. Whilst I am aware that you are busy the initial response took a while and was extremely disappointing and dismissive'wait a while longer and maybe Royal Mail can help'. No offer of assistance and no reply received to my second email. In my basket are items for further products that I will no longer be purchasing. Luckily, the loss wont break me but still not a small amount to write off. Customer service has let you down.

Update: refund now initiated although I’ve been made to feel like a major inconvenience
