EXCELLENT SUPPORT AND SERVICE
I have had my CCTV system fitted to my house for a good number of years and the service has been nothing short of excellent from the it technical support over the phone with Dan who has sorted a few issues out over the phone to the engineers that call out and do repairs, Dan was calm and professional when I was stressed about issues with my CCTV but I soon felt at ease with Dan and he had been able to rectify every issue that has arisen with my CCTV system and due to the excellent service and support I have received over the years I wouldn't hesitate to recommend prime security to all friends and family and anyone else who wants CCTV installers .

From problems to resolved with a smile 😀
Prime security fitted my residential CCTV system over 8 yrs ago however I had become frustrated with a few issues so I initially phoned Reception/admin to discuss when my system installed & to clarify my £4.95 monthly payment ? I spoke to a lady named Catherina who was lovely and helped with my enquiries and also emailed me my initial quotes and jobs id had done. As I have few technical issues she forwarded my contact details to the I T support dept & I just had to wait for call back which was within the hour. So big A++ for customer service.
Call back from Dylan @ I T support who was lovely & supportive. My cctv system was running wrong time but Dylan sorted this out after taking control of my phone to amend. I also had problem with a camera not working but Dylan explained poss reasons why this happens and then talked us through on how to rectify issue and this worked. Dylan also helped with the ring doorbell that had lost its zone. Dylan & Catherina both assisted me today and all issues now resolved. Prime these staff members are a credit to your Company so big thank yous to them both 👍🏻

Engineer call resolved problem very prompt service
Darragh i spoke with was extremely committed and hepful. He even called me back to continue assisting with the problem when I was busy and couldn't talk but needed the issue resolved, which I really appreciated. Throughout the process he was patient, friendly, understanding, and very professional while guiding me through the troubleshooting.
Overall, it was a great customer service experience and I’m very grateful for his help and the teams.

What a great company I have been with…
What a great company I have been with this company a few years now. I had an issue when I changed my phone (NOT PRIME SECURITYS PROBLEM) I phoned up for tech support. A young man called Darragh was amazing. I had issues with my Internet and was unable to fix the problem straight away. Arranged for Darragh to call me back which he did and he did remote update and stopped on the phone until it was all up and running again. I would recommend this company 110 %..

Ordered a upgraded 4k CCTV package to replace my old 4mp camera set up previously (also from prime) phoned on the thursday and had an appointment for sunday payment options were clear and very well priced,
On the day of install Adrian B installed the CCTV system for me and I couldn’t be happier with the service. He was professional, punctual, and clearly knowledgeable about the setup and positioning of the cameras. The installation was neat and tidy, and he took the time to explain how everything works and made sure I was comfortable using the system before he left. The picture quality is excellent and the coverage is exactly what I needed. I’d highly recommend Prime to anyone looking for a reliable and professional CCTV installation.

Fraud money!!!!!!

I'm still having problems with my refund. I spoke on Friday and was told I'd get it asap. It's been going on for three weeks now. Tomorrow I'll report it to my bank, saying I've been scammed and my money was defraud by a shady company. You're acting unfairly. Maybe I should start doing the same?
I will lose £85 and how much do you have to lose?
everything started working when I wrote the review, don't be afraid to write the truth then maybe they won't cheat you, I'm still waiting for my money because they only gave me part of it and said the rest is a callout, complete nonsense and fraud!!
I'm not afraid to tell the truth. If someone deceives me, the truth will always prevail!!! I don't recommend this company. I'm not the only one dissatisfied. They do everything they can to cover up the truth.

We are sorry you feel unhappy with the outcome. However, we must clearly reject any allegation that our company acted fraudulently or dishonestly.
The delay in processing the refund was due to the bank details not being provided until 16/02/2026, together with discrepancies between the amount requested and the amount previously agreed, and the absence of the account name initially. These issues delayed payment.
Our understanding is that the refund has now been made. The £85 retained relates to time spent assessing the reported fault and handling the matter.
We remain willing to correspond with you directly to bring this matter to a close, but false allegations of fraud are not accepted.
