Prime Security installed two cameras at my property 7 years ago. On an annual basis, the cameras are serviced/maintained. If I ever encounter an issue, their team members, Dylan and Dan, are extremely helpful and will go above and beyond to find the resolution.

Excellent CCTV Installation
Just had two cameras installed on our home - very impressed with the whole process from contacting Prime Security to the finished installation. Price was very reasonable and special mention to engineer Dan who was efficient, pleasant to talk to and thoroughly explained each part of the installation to us - which was really helpful to a pair of non-technical Senior Citizens!! Would have no hesitation in recommending Prime in future.

Had cctv system installed and upgraded over past several years and have found the service and particularly annual service visits , courteous, punctual and really helpful.

The person dealing with all my queries was Mas Kupp. He organised an engineer to install my CCTV system.
I was very pleased with the Engineer, Derryl, he was both professional and conscientious. Derryl installed all the cameras, wiring and box with due care and attention to detail. Darragh was very helpful and patient when our CCTV cameras went offline following a change of broadband router. He helped by sending instructions by WhatsApp messenger, and followed up with a phone call the following day as promised. I couldn't have asked for better support! Great service.
