Help with getting back online
After changing the internet provider we could not get back online. Darragh and Prime Team got back to us on the same day and helped to resolve the issue. I would like to thank Darragh for his patience, ability to explain and overall sunny disposition, its such a rarity nowadays. And, the team are the same from the years ago which speaks volumes! Extremely happy with Prime Security
I’m extremely happy with Prime Security Installations. They upgraded my CCTV system at my home, and the experience was outstanding from start to finish. Their post-installation support is exceptional. Darragh was incredibly helpful with some technical issues, and they even came out again when I asked to adjust the position of one of the cameras. This is the second time I’ve used Prime Security Installations, and I’ve been a loyal customer for 2 years. Overall, they’re fantastic — professional, responsive, and reliable. Highly recommended.

Fantastic service
After moving into our house we had quite a lot of work completed by Prime Security installations. Starting with a complete new fuse board. Followed by removal of unwanted sockets , lighting and wiring.
All of this work was completed in a very professional manner. It was explained to us exactly what we could expect and every room was left completely free of and rubbish and dust even though we had walls chased out and sockets removed and added in different locations.
We had an outside light replaced and once again every part of the job was satisfactory.
When we had slight problem that I caused prime security was happy to rectify the problem.
I would highly recommend prime security for any work you may be considering.

I would highly recommend Prime security. Dylan, (Engineer) phoned me as I was having great difficulties connecting my cctv to my mobile. Dylan, was absolutely fantastic, very knowledgeable, knew he stuff and had so much patience. It wasn't long untill my cctv was up and running on my phone. He literally made my day. If only there was more people like him, so professional, kind and helpful. I would quite happily go to him if I had any other problems. Thank you again Prime security for the set up of the cctv and to Dylan for just simply being amazing. Keep up the good work :)
