I had an issue with accessing the cctv at my gym on my new phone, and after ringing into the tech department I recieved a prompt call back and spoke to Dylan, who's professional manner and excellent customer service was a huge help to me. His clear and helpful step by step instructions took me through resolving the problem and I now have full access on the new device with everything working fine.

Briliant company throughout System is great, which was installed a year ago.. Renewed cover incase anything goes wrong. Fingers crossed as nothing has so far .

From my first contact with Rob I found him to be knowledgeable and very helpful and gave good advice and options. He arranged for an engineer to attend my property and assess my camera locations. Within a couple days my cctv was installed, the Engineer was very professional and explained what was best and all works were agreed. He was very polite and courteous and it was installed to my satisfaction efficiently and to a high standard.
After a few days of using the cctv I wanted a few settings changed and contacted support I received a call from Dylan he logged into my system remotely and at each stage he explained what he was doing and helped me to understand the changes that can be made. In a sense it was like one to one tuition which was greatly appreciated. The support was excellent and gave me some tips on how I could make adjustments to the system should I choose to do so.
Overall sales, installation and support were very professional and supportive at each stage. I would rate these people and the company five star. I would highly recommend this company. The cctv system is quite flexible and should you need to make some changes it’s nice to know great support staff are on hand.

I contacted my cctv provider on 16/5/25 as I needed help to capture some images from my cctv. I didn't know how to get the whole clip as my phone would only stream for 5 minutes. Darragh contacted me &talked me through the whole process. He was very patient with me whilst sorting everything through video link n screen share. I honestly wish I could give this company more than 5 stars. All the staff are so courteous & helpful & go beyond the extra mile. Darragh! Thank you! ! Your help was invaluable to me x

Darragh went out of his way to double check the new CCTV installations and each of the 8 cameras etc. His patient, caring personal interest was outstanding and he spent time guiding me through the reboot and function, calibration etc.

Had to call today Thursday 10th April re issue as police wanted to look at my CCTV re incident at back of my property. Talked to Cath and explained and got Darragh to call me.
