We organized for someone to come out and check out house alarm. Our cameras were serviced by Kay who was very helpful . He also looked at our alarm . Expert Help Readily Available.
I had a problem involving my CCTV system: An error message said: "The cameras are disconnected." I couldn't fathom out the cause, so I telephoned Prime Security for help. With permission, Darragh took control of my computer. Within minutes he solved the very technical (settings) problem. Excellent service.

Restoration of camera viewing
I had lost vision on my phone whilst away, thinking that this may be due to internet issues. On return the problem persisted and I got in touch immediately. Within 48 hours I was guided patiently and systematically by Dylan who helped me locate the problem and resolve it within half an hour. I can rest easy thanks to Dylan
