Really disappointed to have to write a negative review. My charity had used this company before and had a great experience, this time they really let us down. We'd ordered a fabric logo wall for an awards event and communicated the deadline for delivery but it never arrived. When I called the customer service team on the day of the event to find out what had happened, the woman who answered was rude and unempathetic, especially as I was audibly upset about the situation. We're a micro-charity run by volunteers, holding a big event with many stakeholders on a tiny budget.

Having chased down the right member of staff I was told there had been a mark on the banner, they printed it 3 times, but threw all of them away. They hadn't communicated any of this to me and were unable to reprint and ship the banner across in time for the evening's event. The company did, of course, promise to refund the charity.

I appreciate that mistakes can be made, but this error has cost the charity an additional £350 because we had to go back to our event decorator to pull together, at the very last minute, a solution so our award winners could have their pictures taken against a suitable backdrop.

All in all it made for a difficult, upsetting and stressful situation with a financial consequence we were not expecting.

Somewhere along the line, the bag had been caught under something heavy and dragged, so it was torn, as was the polythene inside. Fortunately the flag was in perfect condition.

We wanted a banner for our Repair Cafe that could be used outside. The purchasing process was very easy and we were able to provide our own bespoke artwork and custom sizing. The range of eco-friendly options is very good, and we are extremely happy with the one that we chose. Communication was good and the banner arrived in good time. Overall, we are very pleased and would definitely use Eco Print Euro Limited again.
