Excellent product and customer service
The company were very easy to work with, very good at communication and the product was excellent. We really needed a very tight turn-around for the product and they did this with time to spare. Great customer service. We will definitely use them again.

Wont be using again
We ordered printings well in advanced for an event, and between them and their delivery service it didnt arrive on time. And lied when questioned why they couldn't deliver. Eventually arrived but only days after the event we required them for.
Never responded to emails afterwards about our issues with their service.

Thank you for your feedback, and I apologise for the confusion and frustration surrounding this order. We completely understand your disappointment, especially given the importance of receiving the delivery on time for your event.
We want to clarify that we did fulfil our part by ensuring the order was ready for dispatch on time, and the delivery was scheduled as agreed. Unfortunately, the issue arose when DPD failed to deliver to the correct address. We made every effort to resolve this, including multiple phone calls with DPD, and we worked closely with you throughout the process to keep you informed and try to find a resolution. We did our best to have the driver return or upgrade the delivery, but unfortunately, the situation was outside of our control.
We truly appreciate your understanding that this was a delivery issue with DPD, and not a failure on our part. We’re sorry that the situation wasn’t resolved sooner and will continue to work with DPD to ensure these types of delays do not happen in the future.
If you have any further concerns or would like to discuss this more, please feel free to reach out directly.
Theatre backdrop
We ordered at printed backdrop for a Panto. It arrived really promptly and exceeded all our expectations with regard to colour, material, quality etc.
Quite a few people commented on how good it looked.

Amazing Service
Laura was fantastic,
I called with a hard order of 210 Barrier covers with a large crest printed on them to be delivered within 12 days.
This wasn't a problem for the company,
I then called again three days later and asked for another 50 to be made for the same deadline.
This was done and my client was very happy,
I will be using the company again.
