The website quotes 5-14 days for processing, and then after you pay they change the estimated timeline to 25 business days! It's a bait and switch scam, customer support is unresponsive.

Took over a month and that was with paying for priority processing and express shipping. Updates were vague and of no help. When it finally arrived 3 days after Christmas I noticed it was shipped UPS ground! That is not express shipping. Had it truly been shipped express like I paid for it probably would have arrived on time. Also took over a month, is that priority processing because they quote that time for regular orders. This company lacks integrity. They promise faster processing and shipping then don't deliver but take your money for it. They state 100% satisfaction guaranteed. Not satisfied.

This is a once-in-a-lifetime gift. My sister LOVES her custom vinyl. We picked 10 songs that remind us of her, made a cheesy album cover, and BOOM. She cherishes this album.

THIS IS A SCAM, DO NOT BUY ANYTHING! I ordered my vinyl in November 2023 and have not received a single order confirmation that it's in the making or that it has shipped. I also paid for faster shipping and processing.. such a waste of money.
PS: I also see that other "people" are rating this company as a 5 star, however, these are fake reviews, do not be fooled. Take your money somewhere else!!

I placed my order in NOVEMBER. Customer Support has been next to non existent. When searching order number on their site it says order can’t be found. Last update was that label was made so i wasn’t given the option to upgrade my shipping yet here we are another week passed and still hasn’t shipped?? why have a label made if the product isn’t even ready to ship?? I paid for express processing. waste of money considering it didn’t speed it up AT ALL. no one is even responding anymore. pretty sure this is 100% a SCAM. Safe to say i’m extremely disappointed and will be filing a chargeback.

I ordered my custom vinyl on December 3. I also paid for the expedited processing and shipping. Well guess what? It’s December 22 and I have not received any update on my order. I have tried contacting them several times and I keep getting generic responses this was supposed to be a very special Christmas gift, which I am certain will not be here now. Their website does say during the holidays processing can take up to 25 days it does not specify that this applies to the expedited processing that I paid extra for. Also it says on the website that the 25 days is highly unlikely. I am extremely disappointed.

Their customer service has issues, I ordered in November and despite my inquiries, I didn't hear from them until half way through December. they said that my order "Fell through the cracks" and did not receive the record until the 29th of December. I will say the quality of the record I received is fantastic. if you do buy from them keep in mind that 45 days with almost 30 of no contact seems to be their current rate.

If I could rate this negatively I would. Scroll through their social media and complaints on the BBB. This company will ignore your questions and e-mails regarding your purchase and refuse to process a refund should you package go "missing" which happens frequently with them.

I live in Dubai and searched for a vinyl print all over the UAE and couldn't find any. I even asked print-shops and they said no, I had to order in bulk - or they just weren't offering the service.

Thankfully, i have family (to whom I had this delivered in Houston) who are flying into Dubai and will hand this product to me then. I am beyond happy and satisfied. It was safely kept in the mailbox.

I'm an illustrator and designed the whole package for my to-be brother in law as a "welcome to the family" Christmas gift. He's a famous musician and so I loaded his album songs onto the vinyl. Im beyond excited to see this physical copy in person!

I ordered a record for my friend’s birthday. It was super easy to pick songs, I didn’t have to upload them myself.

Some of the pictures I uploaded were of low resolution, and someone from the company reached out to me to check if I wanted to upload new/higher resolution ones, which I did! Great customer service, and they printed the replacement stickers/cover for free.

I made this Vinyl as a gift to myself for my birthday celebrating me and my girlfriends most favourite songs which all mean a lot to us, during the lockdown we would sing songs from movies we had seen together like “For the dancing and the dreaming” as well as just ones that we both thought were fun. I can’t tell you how many times we’ve sung riptide but music is a big part of our lives and my face lit up when I finally got to listen to it.

Just the experience from start to fininsh was more than anyone could have hoped for. In this day and age where it seems customer service has really deteriorated greatly, this company proved there is hope in outreach and in quality product creation and productivity.

Originally had an issue with the wrong songs, but was contacted by the right people, who made sure they sent out the right copy. Very friendly and helpful. Would recommend to anyone who loves vinyl.
