Great Fitting Experience / Customer Services Could Improve
Martin was very kind and friendly. Excellent experience fitting our cabinets and in a timely manner. We’re very happy. Struggled with customers services in terms of getting aligned on the fitting plan a few months in advance. They wouldn’t let us consult with the fitter to ensure alignment on approach (eg ensuring the support behind the plasterboard would sufficiently line up with the cabinets - we knew there was support but they wouldn’t let us confirm that the cabinets would be installed at the right points until the fitter came). Further, we went back and forth on lighting in terms of whether the team could do it. One time they said yes, another time they said no. We ultimately removed from the order. Overall, team was patient and friendly but recommend asking very precise questions to ensure you get what you want. Investments such as this should entail a little less stress, ensuring high customer satisfaction and future referrals.

Clive was very helpful and also very friendly. He does his work properly and not just rushing it to finish it. His job quality is superb.
Clive was very helpful. He took time to rectify the previous job. He aligned the dish washer door perfectly, even though he had to do extra work and removed the other doors beside it and even broken the small bit next to the dishwasher and put a new one in. I highly recommend Clive!

Clive P did a great job
Clive P did an excellent job correcting the alignments of the kitchen cupboards and ensuring the integrated washer dryer door was properly set up, even though that task wasn’t part of his original job sheet. He showed great attention to detail, took ownership of the work, and went the extra mile to make sure everything was completed to a high standard. He even stayed longer to get the job finished properly. Very happy with the quality of his work and his professional attitude throughout.

Clive - what a legend!
I had additional units and a worktop added to my kitchen.
Tracy and Jo, were exceptional in the build up to Clive visiting, helping with the design and logistics. Clive’s workmanship is exceptional and a true legend of a gent. Would highly recommend!!

Excellent service
Kevin & George attended my property today to refit some panels, they was very professional and polite.
They was in and out, no bother. Everything was kept clean & tidy with no rubbish left behind.

We had a couple of extra wall cabinets…
We had a couple of extra wall cabinets fitted to our utility room. Martin did a great job, in particular dealing with an unforeseen issue with the stud wall construction. His work was excellent, and the room was left clean and tidy afterwards. We're very happy with the extra cupboard space! Many thanks Martin.
