Sadly we cannot set & use these binoculars and we are struggling to find out how we return them. No phone numbers available and no help ! Have sent messages but to no avail. We need a label to return this product with correct agddress so we can have a full refund. Thanks. Julia Parry

The image on the binoculars was much too small. So I returned them and already have the refund. Very qicki and efficient.

I bought the binoculars for a Christmas present so not yet used.

Received the binoculars to pass on to my son for a Christmas present.
Received very promptly and tempted to keep them for myself they seem so good.
However they are now wrapped up and labelled with my son's name.

I can't give any feedback on the binoculars as they are a Christmas present for someone. Delivery was very quick but I had ordered 'black' ones but was sent 'platinum' - I didn't really mind but did let your office know by email.
I was surprised that I didn't receive any comment/apologise regarding your mistake.

The mini Procular binoculars haven’t compromised the sharp vision quality of the larger models. Excellent size, shape and lightweight for travelling. Exactly what I was looking for.
Very quick delivery too.

Really clear lenses and great you can adjust left and right side separately. Not too bulky or heavy.
My only slight issue is that the bag is only designed to go on a belt and can't be connected to the strap in any way. I tend to walk with the round my neck so I have to put the holder somewhere whenever I take them out, and keep dropping it on the floor. Otherwise I'm really pleased with the bins themselves. So bright and clear :)

They are really good binoculars with great magnification and clarity. However, the very reasonable price means you are missing out on a good strap, a strong case ( I have since purchased a better one) and lense caps that are attached. These could easily get lost. They also don’t fold to make them more compact. It depends whether you want to spend the over £100 to get an equivalent pair with all these extras.

Bought a pair of Avalon pro 10x42 for birdwatching and am very impressed at the level of detail and clarity these binoculars give even in poor light. If you don't want to spend £2000 on a pair of Leica or Swarovski then buy these

The online sites information comparing brands and their uses was great, ordering was straightforward and quick delivery. Easy user instructions, got them set to suit my failing eyesight then was blessed with greater and lesser spotted woodpeckers, doves, greenfinches along with the usual visitors at the far end of my garden, in full colour and detail as though I was stood two feet from them! Pure joy! Thanks Procular, you've enhanced my life, thoroughly reccomend you.

The binoculars are to be my Christmas present from my wife. Consequently, on arrival, we opened the box and did a quick check. Blown away by the quality when I tested them! Really looking forward to using them in earnest next year.

We have not yet been out in the countryside but just birdwatching in the garden is fine.
Purchasing was easy with delivery as planned.

I ordered Discovery pocket binoculars from Procular. These arrived quickly but had some damage to the casing surrounding one lens. I used the website online form to report this. I had an email response the following day asking for a photograph of the damage which I duly sent. Within a couple of hours I had a message from Customer Services to the effect that they would raise an order for a new pair and that I did not need to return the damaged item. I received the replacement within 5 days (3 working days) of my raising the issue. Although getting the original damaged pair was unfortunate, I have given the company 5 stars for the exceptionally courteous, speedy and efficient way the matter was deal with. I would definitely use them again.

The binoculars were delivered quickly as promised. They are very good quality powerful and are being used in my apartment on the cliff top.

Really pleased with my Avalon’s. The service I received was outstanding. Ordered my binoculars and received them the next day with DPD tracking. I returned my first pair as I ordered the wrong colour (my fault). I did have to cover the £11 return postage cost myself (used an insured/tracked service), but I had my new pair posted to me the day after they received my return and they turned up the following day. Customer services were really helpful and understanding but do tend to answer in the early hours of the morning (I guess they are international) so don’t worry if they take a little while to respond. I will definitely use this company again.

Sturdy, good quality binoculars. I bought them for my bird watching, adult son and he’s extremely pleased with them.
