We had a great experience with Prof Move. It started with a pleasant meeting with the estimator, Mike who was very professional and took the time to answer all of our questions. When move start team was professional and quick in working. Taking extra pre cautions. Very humble with their attitude and I am going to use them again.

Save yourself some stress and use Prof Movers for your move. The customer service on the phone when I was receiving my quote and setting up the moving date was great. Once i reserved with them it felt like a weight was lifted off of me. Although we never used a professional mover before, i felt at ease with them. They answered every time i called and answered all my question. When their moving staff arrived, they surprised me by asking me to relax and let them handle everything about the move. They worked hard with great attention to detail. They were also very nice. They carefully packed everything with nothing getting broken or damaged.
They even stored my items and redelivered them when my home finally closed. Once they got to my new home they pretty much helped me set up the house. My family and i are now in our new home enjoying the time we can spend together.

I recently moved our four bedroom house and arrange for three of our vehicles to be picked up on the same day. It was a huge jobs we wanted to make sure we had the right company that could handle the work. We also had an office that had to be moved so we needed a large portion of a full-size truck. They seemed to be a very progressive company Based on Their reviews so i know i was in great hands . The furniture arrived just as it left and we stressed at a minimum level. Just another reason why they’re one of the best companies out there. Thanks Again prof move

I cannot say enough good things about Prof Move. They came on time, packed everything, and moved it quickly and carefully. Their entire staff was incredible from start to finish. The movers were respectful. Thank you so much for all of your hard work!

First off I'd like to say this was my first time ever doing a big move I'm a newly single mom. Moving from New Jersey to Florida I was already super stressed and super nervous about moving so far with little to no time with entire house to pack with no help with a 3 month baby. So I decided to shop around for some moving quotes to some pretty well known moving companies. After hearing some of these prices I was a bit overwhelmed especially being a woman and not knowing if I was getting a good deal or not..

After talking to at least five different companies I ran across Prof move the name pretty much spoke for it’s self. They were really professional and very friendly . I had a sales rep by the name of Mary after talking to several companies it was truly refreshing hearing a woman's voice. Not only did she break everything down into Laymans terms. About cubes, how many boxes I may need how much packing and materials would be needed any questions I may of had before during and after the move she was always a phone call away. Even when she may of been tied up and she always made sure she gave me a call back to sure I was ok and understood everything accordingly.

The customer service reps are truly amazing they made sure even when my agent wasn't available they made sure to answer all of my questions clear up any doubts that I may of had. And made sure to relay any messages that I had for my sales agent kept me in the loop the entire time gave me at least a 3 day notice of when their guys were going to show up and what the time They would be showing up. I came into a bit of a hiccup where my babysitter was going to be running a bit late and was concerned that would of set my move back and even was a bit nervous about getting charged for pushing the time back a little especially since they had to pack my entire house. I Called customer service and advised them that I would be running about an hour late and had no problem..

Later on that day I received a call from my Forman by the name of Alex whom which was very polite and understanding of my situation and even asked what time would I like them to show up and if I would need extra time to prepare. Which I actually did need.. which took so much pressure off of me because that day I was literally running around like a chicken with my head cut off because I had to catch a flight the next morning.. we ended up agreeing to a time the guys came in packed the entire time. I tried even offering them lunch since I was already running them behind and they respectively declined and said that they weren't going to take a lunch that they wanted to make sure that everything was done on a timely manner. The workers were real gentlemen and I made sure that I left them a gracious tip.

Well it's been about a week I've already received all my belongings. Honestly I was a bit nervous about my things being broken or even damaged but everything came back as they left. Which was a really big relief because I've heard and read a lot of nightmare stories. Honestly if I were to ever move again I wouldn't want to go with any other moving company then Prof move

They said it would be one price and it turned out to be $3000 more upon delivery. Said it better to get the bigger truck but if you don’t use the space you get your money back for the additional space...did not! Contracted to do two stops but couldn’t make the second stop and tried to say we could get a shuttle truck but it would cost us more! We used them to move my 88 yr old grandma from Iowa to Florida and they just scammed her out I as much money as they could! DON’T USE!!!!

CROOKS, stay away from them.

Once they get the deposit and make changes without telling you, they stop answering calls texts email ect. my price went over 2000K.

Prof Move you guys are great. As all the other movers would call constantly and fight for our business we knew from the first time we spoke to you guys that we would probably end up reserving our move with you. Looking back I’m really happy that we did the move with you all and it went perfect. There was no holdups on picking us up in a tight time frame. Amazingly the furniture was not compromised at all and we got status updates from your girls over in your customer service department regularly. It was a good feeling to know where our furniture was at all times. We even had the drivers phone number to personally call him. Our family needed to move on a tight timeframe and prof move came through with what we needed. They were able to relocate us in a crunch, and did not overcharge for the service. I'm very pleased with the experience and would definitely recommend them to other people that need good movers. Trust me, this is my third move in my life and the best one so far. The movers knew how to make their client happy by offering all of the needed amenities and keeping in touch with us the whole time. This created a really pleasant atmosphere, I'm extremely glad and grateful for finding these guys in the nick of time. . .

Overall they were very professional, very quick and very polite. I had a very positive experience moving out of a large house into an apartment and having to send part of my furniture to 3 different locations. I was tired just watching them. Polite and proficient. Would and will recommend.

Would give 0 stars. DO NOT USE PROF MOVE. I dealt with sales person James who stopped responding to my emails. When I emailed him on 10/24/19 to cancel my move, which was scheduled for 11/4 or 11/5, the email bounced back as 'undeliverable'. So I called the company and spoke to a very rude woman, Katy Johnson (think that was her name) who told me I could cancel but my $1400.00 deposit would not be refunded because it wasn't 7 business days before. Of course, James no longer works there! The move was listed as 11/4 or 11/5. I asked to speak to someone else, and was told there was no one else! Moving companies are notoriously shady, and Prof Move is one shady company!

DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY!!! The are writing fake reviews and are in fact, the same company as Main Moving LLC. They are brokers, will rip you off by increasing their quote double, charge you $500 for bubble wrap and tape, keep your belongings hostage and then, when it does finally arrive, EVERYTHING is broken or missing. Look up reviews and you will see both companies have been banned fr making fake reviews to cover up the truth. DO NOT USE MAIN MOVING LLC or PROF MOVE!!!!! Look at their reviews on my moving reviews to see they have been banned on both pages for making false reviews!

Dishonest and untrustworthy. They charge you $10 for one role of tape. After they get your money, no one answers your calls. They inflate the initial price by nearly double. If you ever deal with Prof Move, you will be very dissatisfy.

Prof Move send the team of two men came for our house move and they were both excellent to work with, they arrived on time with great attitudes and were professional and friendly throughout our moving experience. Both movers took care of our important pieces and communicated with us throughout the move, enabling us to help expedite the process where we could and giving us plenty of transparency around costs and timing. I would definitely recommend them to anyone moving.

Prof Move helped me move yesterday and they were so professional, friendly, and worked very hard. They moved me from a one bedroom to another one bedroom and they were quick and very careful with my belongings. I had no trouble at all with this company. I called a week ago and made the reservation and the the guys called me before arriving and I received an email the day before to confirm. Very affordable and efficient. I will be using them again on my next move!

Ok So basically this is one of the best moving companies I've ever used! We moved from IL with lots of furniture and they were amazing. They arrived on time, were prepared for the move and worked very fast and accurate! They wrapped everything, that way protecting all of my belongings, they were very polite and professional and with a great attitude! So far this was the most effective moving experience and I will definitely recommend them to anyone that I know! Prof Move great going.

I am very grateful to Prof Move and all of them and specially their customer overhaul which were very helpful too! We might move again in a couple of years and we definitely will use this company again! This was a local move and I can't say enough about the business organization and concern the Prof Move crew had. Highly recommended and a good one.

Do not use. Prof Move is Main Move. They are a broker and not a moving company with company owned trucks and crews as advertised. I was the victim of bait and switch, false promises and valuable electronics have gone missing.

At end of July I reserved a move with Prof Move for ~1,400 cf. I submitted a revised packing list about a week before the move and they did not call me until 1 hour before the movers were supposed to come. At that time they 'estimated' that the new size of my move would be 2,200 cf. I had only added a couch and a couple of chairs. I protested saying that it seemed a little high, but Rick pressured me into signing the estimate with the promise that it would be reduced to the 'actual' once my stuff was on the truck. The moving crew arrived wearing 'Main Moving' shirts about 7 hours late. I was assured that they would be able to move my house in one day, but it stretched into the next day. Once it came time to sign the final invoice, new fees were also added that were not previously discussed. My original estimate was $6,500 and the final estimate ballooned to $12,500 and was assured by Rick that he would investigate and get the costs down. We had to be out of our place and in Texas for a new job so did not have the ability to postpone the move and go with a different carrier.

The one good thing they did was get our stuff to Texas quickly. It arrived in 5 days. However when our stuff arrived we realized that 6 in-box Sonos Play 1 speakers were missing. I have reported the missing items that Prof Move has been unresponsive.

Finally, I did some research and realized that they grossly overstated the size of my move. My entire move fit on a 26' Ryder Box truck. According to the Ryder website the capacity of that truck is 1,600 cf. Why then was I charged for 2,200 cf.? 600 cf at their stated rate of $4.25 is about $2,400. There were a few red flags along they way so shame on me for moving forward with Prof Move, but they had an excuse and explanation each time I voiced a concern.

Don't get scammed by these guys like I did. Find a different mover.

Best moving company ever! We used them to move our 3 bed room furniture. They were amazing from the start to the finish of the job. So efficient, fast, friendly and accommodating. There was not one single thing that could have been improved. I wish they were a national company! If you have any sort of moving needs I cannot recommend Prof Move highly enough. Just a pleasure to work with at every step during the task of moving.

Excellent service, price and communication from day one of our move. We got quotes from all the big mover companies and Prof Move beat them all with fantastic customer service and a very competitive price. Prof Move put our minds at rest immediately, and there professional pickup and drop off teams made at very stressful exercise an absolute breeze. I cannot recommend Prof Move highly enough. Five stars is not enough!

I called what I thought was the direct line to my sales agent. Apparently I was wrong. When the gentleman answered the phone he said I was calling Pro Move or Prof Move, he didn't speak clear but I know by the sound of his tone he was a little shaken up when I asked If I was calling Main Moving. He then said, “ YES, THIS IS MAIN MOVING.” When asked who Prof Move was he said he didn’t know, if that’s the case why are you answering the phone introducing yourself as Prof Move. After ending the call with the agent I went through my emails and low and behold I had an email from Prof Move which I received at almost the exact same time as the one from Main Moving. I also received text messages from both companies. The phone numbers that the calls were coming from were nearly identical.

As if moving isn’t hard enough, I have to worry about being scammed. In my attempt to get a few quotes to see if the price was similar amongst the companies, how am I to know what’s real when 2 of the three companies I spoke with are actually the same company disguising themselves with different names!!!?? This is for one unethical and two, illegal! I spoke with a third company who of course called me, the gentleman was very nice and polite. After giving him the amount of cubic feet Main Moving had given me, he gave me a price that was much higher than Main Moving. Before I could ask him questions about his company, he began to push me to go with Main Moving. He basically told me that I would be a fool to not call them now and reserve with them. He didn’t make any attempts to ask for my business he kept telling me that Main Moving was a good company and they must have a route available and I should hurry up and call them to reserve before I miss out on their offer. I have come to the conclusion that all 3 companies that i spoke with were THE SAME COMPANY!!!

Buyer beware, after further review and reading reviews on these two companies (the third company doesn’t exist btw) it would appear that they have the same customer service agent taking calls. The descriptions that I read from customer reviews illustrate the same rude, disrespectful woman. I also found it funny that the reviews for each company both mention a man named Barry coincidence? This company is sloppy and If I was able to catch that this was a scam, I’m sure others have as well. If you are considering either of these companies Main Moving or Prof Move, you are in for a rude awakening. My suggestion would be to do as I did and run, run as fast as you can. I decided to rent a Pods, 4 of them. This is the worst part, the amount of space that they said I needed was nowhere near the amount of space that my move required. I can’t imagine the thousands of dollars they would have charged me if I did chose them. I could go on and on.
