PD Property Reports Ltd Avis

I am a first time buyer and the process with the survey was easy, and the report was easy to understand and provided the information I needed.

Excellent service they were able to come out quickly and the surveyor called that evening to briefly discuss the findings, which was so useful.
The report followed in a timely manner and was very easy to follow and understand
The cost was also very good and I felt I got good value for money

PD Property Reports Ltd were recommended to us. We are very happy with the thoroughness of the report and the recommendations for any works needed. We would not hesitate to recommend this company.

A full and comprehensive report.
Would not purchase a property without it.
The report is helpful and constructive and has saved me from making the wrong decisions purchasing property over the years.

The Level 3 RICS survey provided by Paul was excellent and was sought to confirm items suspected at the property in question and point out anything we wouldn’t know to look for.

The information provided was detailed and included explanations of technical terms and links to useful resources for making improvements where issues were found.

The communication was excellent from my initial query to the final report and service provided was extremely convenient and did not require my presence to complete.

I'd definitely use PD Property Reports for future survey work!

Paul, made the service very accessible and easy. Very informative. Impressed with the service and report that we have received.

Great service, would recommend!!

Really happy with Paul’s survey on a 160 year old property we’re buying. Very detailed, easy to understand document. Delivered in a timely manner. Very professional

We used Paul at PD Property Reports for our property survey and were really impressed with the service from start to finish.
The report was thorough and easy to understand, but what we particularly appreciated was that Paul made time to sit down with us and explain all of his findings. He was happy to answer all our questions and gave us some brilliant advice, which was incredibly helpful and reassuring when making such a big decision.
We wouldn't hesitate to recommend PD Property Reports. A really professional, knowledgeable and genuinely helpful service. Thank you, Paul!

Paul was incredibly helpful and knowledgeable. He fitted us in quickly due to us being in the process of selling our house. He was able to identify the root cause of the damp which is enabling us to know how to fix it! He also offered advise and to come and speak to builders etc if necessary. He prevented us from spending money on unnecessary works! A really positive experience. Thank you!

Fast response to survey request, report was well presented, easy to understand with helpful photographs and competitively priced.

Thankyou for 1st class service

Everything was there and on time , would recommend.

Paul was very helpful and generous with his advice, and his price was a good deal better than the competition.

Brilliant service from start to finish, great communication and easy to arrange via the estate agent. Report is clear with visual prompts along with photographs to understand each section. The use of a drone was an easy way to view the roof 360 deg. Would recommend 100%

We found Paul @ PD Property reports Ltd to be very professional in his approach, The report he provided was both informative & very clear (Jargon free) it provided a deep dive incite into the properties condition & highlighted major concerns through a simple rating process whilst identifying areas that needed urgent attention or could pose a H+S red flag which helped us to make a conscious decision to purchase the property, I would certainly recommend PD Property reports to anyone who wants a quick, clear & concise report,

Very fast response to my survey request, with excellent communication throughout. Paul was great on the day, taking the time to explain everything clearly and answer any questions. The report was thorough and highly informative. Overall, a 5* service! Thank you.

Super quick response to request for survey. Communications were great from start and vendors assured us that on the day of the survey Paul was great and explained everything to them. Report was thorough and informative. Overall 5/5. Thanks.

I have used this company twice for surveys and I couldn’t recommend them enough. The reports are so detailed, with lots of photos of things that I did not spot myself when viewing the property.
I am also able to go back and review the first report, even though it was done over 12 months ago. This comes in handy for photos of the roof etc that I wouldn’t have access to otherwise.
Very happy with this company.
