PD Property Reports Ltd Avis

Delighted with Paul. The report is so impressive, detailed and the photos are just brilliant. I looked around for a surveyor and i am so glad we chose PD Property. Thank you for making the process so simple and also being well priced.

The service was 1st rate. It was conducted speedily and comprehensively. The surveyor was especially helpful and supportive. I could phone him when I had queries and the follow up to the survey was in person which is a rarity and a huge bonus nowadays. I can highly recommend this company.

Good review of property to purchase. Written clearly and highlighting any areas that need further investigation. Very satisfied, would recommend and use again if required.

Easy to deal with, very thorough in the report detail/survey visit with drain lids lifted and drone shots of roof etc. My solicitor said it's one of best survey reports she's seen.

Unfortunately I was caught out by state of the house upon getting keys (cleanliness/age of kitchen/filthy past owners) but I'd say that's more on me to pick up in viewings and not in the scope of this type of survey. Maybe something you could consider warning customers on though Paul if practical.

Would also be great if the 360 photos where higher resolution. Those where one of best bits of the reports for me as in person viewings are easily forgotten, helps refresh the mental image during long purchase process.

No doubt I'll buy again in the future and Paul will without question be my surveyor going forward.

Highly recommend!

Really professional service and quick response to any questions. Sent a sample document to show what you receive as part of the service.
It was really detailed, explaining all the keys aspects and issues/potential issues.
I would recommend anyone to use this service when buying a property.

Paul was punctual, polite, informative and supplied a very detailed report.

PD Property Reports produced a document that was easy to understand, even for a layman. The biggest plus for me was that Paul was accessible by WhatsApp at any time. Also, his costs were better than most. His help and advice during the process was invaluable. Believe me, you will have to look far and wide to find someone better.

Paul has been fantastic. He fit me in last minute after I got let down by another company and my estate agents said he is the nicest surveyor they’ve ever met! I’m a first time buyer who doesn’t know much about houses, but Paul explained everything in a very easy to understand and non-patronising way which I really appreciated. Definitely recommend PD property reports - especially for first time buyers. Thank you again Paul!

A SECOND TO NONE survey was carried out by Paul of PD property surveyors on my next property. I opted for the level 2 inspection and was very impressed by all the detail that was highlighted. As for the price you get a SECOND TO NONE service and report at a excellent cost.I personally recommend this company for any home survey.

Excellent survey went for the top one and was worth the extra money very detailed thanks Paul

Excellent survey report from PD Property Services. Their fees are very reasonable and their reports (I've used them twice) are comprehensive and very well presented.

I had a great experience with PD Property Reports Ltd. Paul delivered a thorough property survey, highlighting small issues that helped lower the asking price. He took the time to explain everything clearly and offered helpful advice, even after the survey. Reliable, professional, and knowledgeable—highly recommended for property surveys!

Paul, was lovely and helpful, taking the time to explain everything to me made the whole process alot easier. The report was delivered quickly and in promt time. I would highly recommend.

Really fair. Nice guy. Rang me with his advice regarding which level of survey I had requested. Also got a discount for being a returning customer which was greatly appreciated due to me losing money as the first house I was looking at fell through. Extremely detailed survey report - a lot more in depth than I ever imagined tbf. Would recommend

prompt and responsive. The report was very thorough and feedback after the report was great

Excellent report full detail on property, backed up by phone contact to discuss any issues or concerns

Paul was extremely thorough with our report and highlighted many things that we simply wouldn't have known about. He offered advice at every stage of the process, and went over and above to help us. Thoroughly recommend PD Property Reports.

Paul was really helpful and insightful, he produced a really well detailed report and turned it around in really quick time, he’s really approachable and happy to explain anything you don’t understand which was really helpful as a first time buyer. I would highly recommend his service.

The report was personalised and easy to navigate. A numbered condition system was easily identifiable with the report detailing further measures, if appropriate. We also found the 360 photos useful to help support with our next steps.

Paul delivered a highly professional and thorough service in conducting a survey for the new home we are purchasing. The report was excellent—comprehensive, detailed, and invaluable in providing the information we needed. It was absolutely worth the investment. Paul’s extensive knowledge and willingness to discuss the details of the findings were greatly appreciated. We would wholeheartedly recommend his services and will certainly use them again for any future moves in the area.
