Thank you for the survey. The report was clear, detailed, and very helpful in understanding the property's condition.

I appreciate the professional and thorough service and would happily recommend your company.

Our level 2 report was meticulously thorough and very good value.

Paul does a thorough job and explains everything clearly.

I had an excellent experience with PD Property Reports Ltd. The service was professional, thorough, and extremely knowledgeable from start to finish. The inspection was carried out with great attention to detail, and the report was clear, comprehensive, and easy to understand.

What really stood out was the honest and expert advice. I relied on their judgement to help make the right decision about whether to proceed with a property purchase. In one case, a property appeared to be in good condition on the surface, but the inspection uncovered serious underlying faults that could have been very costly. Having that level of insight and transparency was invaluable and likely saved me from making a very expensive mistake.

I would not hesitate to use PD Property Reports Ltd again and would highly recommend their services to anyone looking for a reliable and knowledgeable property inspection.

Professionalism and clarity of communications all the way through the process are the main things that made this company stand out for us when buying our new house. Paul was always on hand to explain the process and to talk through the findings of the report - we found his knowledge of the industry, vast. A great service and good value for money.

Very pleased, professional approach, approached estate agent, got access/keys, did in-depth report and issued on time.

The 3D room pictures and the drone photos of the roofing were really helpful too.

I'm now using the report to generate a works list and as a basis to obtain quotations against.

Well worth the money and cheaper then most.

Paul was extremely helpful, he booked the appointment to survey a property we are purchasing very quickly, the in depth survey was carried out in a very timely manner & we received the report very quickly. Excellent all round 5 star service & we would happily recommend him to others.

Had a survey carried out on a property I was buying, the communication from Paul throughout the process was brilliant and gave some good advice. The report was detailed and informative and gave me an honest list of items to look at in the future.

Very thorough report, though not the easiest of online formats. Paul was very helpful and knowledgeable.

Very professional service throughout, Did exactly what was asked of them in a very timely manner and at a reasonable price. Would definitely recommend.

I am very happy with the survey carried out by PD,it was very informative and now I know what things I need to concentrate on when I move into my new home. Attention to detail was really important and the 360 degree format was very helpful too. I would recommend PD to anyone. Thanks again Paul.
