I had ordered some toothpaste which had been out of stock everywhere for months. A glitch on the website showed it was in stock and allowed an order to be placed.
Hannah contacted me to let me know the website issue and that she had managed to track down a few tubes for me which arrived a few days later.

Quite possibly the best customer service experience from any company I’ve ever used. You can tell they genuinely care and nothing is too much trouble. Amazing company with amazing products. Would recommend to anyone.

Pro Smile is a reliable and trustworthy website. The staff, especially Hannah, was incredibly helpful in ensuring I received my item. She kept me updated throughout the process and was extremely friendly — which I truly appreciated. It’s clear that they genuinely value their customers.

The delivery was fast, and the prices are very reasonable and well worth it. I purchased toothpaste from Pro Smile, and it would have cost me much more elsewhere.

Me and my dad both tried pro smile out and I must say I was surprised at how easy it was and the success of the product, I’ve tried a few other whitening treatments from other brands and wasn’t overly impressed but this will be one I continue to recommend and use

This is such a fantastic company, I was hesitant to start the process but after seeing so many friends go though with it I wanted to see for myself, they really put me at ease and speak to you in a way that’s relatable making me feel confident in my decision to choose them. No monthly dentist appointments just all virtually done via the app. Scan your teeth and they’ll talk you to move onto your next aligner plus giving some great oral hygiene tips too. Had an amazing experience with ProSmile aligners. Firstly the price point is much more realistic and accessible - with no concession on the quality of treatment.

Having had a painful tooth whitening experience previously and disappointing results with over the counter products, I purchased from Pro Smile hoping that they might put the smile back on my face! They certainly did just that....

The online consultation was straightforward and my gels arrived quickly.

The treatment didn't feel harsh (I opted for the overnight whitening and desensitising gel but only used the latter once) and the results were swift. Within three nights my teeth were noticeably whiter and a week in, I'm very happy with the shade.

Pro Smile have turned my smile back 20 years and for that I'm truly grateful!

Fantastic company, Sebastian is lovely and very helpful. Service is 10 out of 10 for me. My teeth are taking a little while to get as light as I would like but I am still seeing great progress. Before my treatment I had a few queries and the team were so responsive and reassuring with their comms.

Amazingly, the product was as fantastic as the customer service was. My teeth have really noticeably changed shades and I've had so many questions about where I've been whitening them.

Really happy with my first order of the teeth whitening top up gels (didn’t want to get the full kit with trays as I have invisalign trays and getting composite bonding soon) and desensitising gels.

I placed a second order using a discount code was not valid on the top up gels, which I didn't realise, and it made my order void. But Sebastian from Pro Smile called me to resolve this for me. He was very helpful and informative about any questions I had about the product too which I really appreciate. He did inform me that using Invisalign trays will be a slower whitening process, which I did find as they are not as soft, so if you want faster results, I would say to get the full kit with the trays.

I will say one thing. Get the desensitising gel. If I didn’t use it, teeth whitening made my teeth very sensitive and using the desensitising gel before whitening made them not become sensitive at all.

Ordered from pro smile a few months ago, was apprehensive as I’ve never whitened my teeth before. I ended up being very happy with how easy the home impression kits were to use and how quickly I was able to get my moulds and crack on with the whitening process. I was please with the whitening results, however towards the end of my first course of whitening I noticed a small crack/hole in my upper set of moulds. I contacted them and they rang me the next day and explained it could be that I clench/teeth grind at night (even though I had no history of this). I was then worried they were going to blame me for the damage and I would have to cover the cost of a new mould myself (as if seems most companies do these days). However I was pleasantly surprised when they told me that they were going to send me brand new moulds at no extra cost, as this isn’t the experience they want for their customers, they also suggested I swap from the night gels to the day times ones to stop the breakage from happening again, I once again was anxious they were going to try to get me to buy the daytime gels, however once again I was delighted to hear that they were going to send out two day times gels for me to use completely free of charge. This was completely unexpected and absolutely top notch customer service and lots of companies should take note. Will definitely be buying from them again and recommending to my friends and family.
