Prosmile was highly recommended . The ordering process was really simple the customer service was really responsive and extremely helpful .i was quoted £450.for whitening by my dentist and this product is much more affordable with just as good results

I’d previously looked into a range of whitening products from other companies, however what appealed to me about Pro Smile the most was how effortlessly simple their products were to use. Also, being super busy and not always knowing where I’ll be with work and travel, a massive selling point was not having to go to the dentist as all of this is done at home.

The communication was flawless and the team were always available, even out of hours at times, to help me with any questions I had throughout the process.

It’s a no brainer, I will definitely be recommending!

Met the pro smile team back in 2024 and had a brilliant and simple experience getting my teeth whitening and retainer.
My teeth looked great after a week and the top up is simple and easy.

Recently had to get a new retainer as I melted mine (don’t pour boiling water over yours!) and the process to replace was made so simple! Thank you so much!

I purchased the overnight whitening kit.

When I purchased the kit, it was delivered fast. It did take a few times to get the teeth mold for the plastic retainers correct, but when it wasn’t working, Seb came personally to help make sure the mold was correct. His responses were fast and he put a lot of effort to make sure the mold was correct and the process as smooth as possible. Fantastic customer support.

Plastic retainers fit well with my teeth and there were simple to follow videos to show how to use the kit.

I used the retainer for around 10 nights to whiten to a point I was happy with and it lasted for around 9 months without topping up. I still have lots of gel left over and occasionally do a night or two with the retainer to keep the whiteness there. Occasionally, the gel doesn’t reach the edges of the teeth where they meet each other, causing a minor gradient of whiteness, but it’s only noticeable when you look very closely in the mirror and may be more about getting the gel placement correct in the retainer.

It lasts for a long time, so really good value for money, and the whiteness appears as a natural whiteness rather than bright white, which in my opinion is one of the biggest pros of the gel.

Dosent work, would almost say my teeth got more yellow... DONT BUY and save ur money for proper whitening strips !!!

Amazing product, the process to get the moulds fitted was easy and quick. The product was premium and high quality better than the ones I had previously fitted at a dentist! The fit of the whitening trays was perfect and the results were amazing, they speak for themselves. Worth every penny and more, couldn't recommend enough and already had so many compliments.

I first came across Prosmile at a wedding show after talking to them about their teeth whitening kits I also told them how self conscious I was with my teeth and was looking into aligners which is something they could also offer!
They scanned my teeth which only took a few minutes, sent me out my treatment plan and gave me a very reasonable price for my aligners! During my aligner treatment i was closely monitored and the team were on hand with any questions I had. I have now finished my treatment and have had my retainers for 7 months and have just contacted prosmile for a new set but the quality in these have been great, they still feel strong and haven't discoloured at all.
I have also used the whitening kit for my wedding (12 months ago) and only now I feel I may need a top up! Fantastic how long it has lasted!

Ordered the night time teeth whitening kit after hearing about them from a friend. The initial kit to take the moulds was really simple to use and both retainers came back fitting perfectly within a week. The gels made my teeth quite sensitive but the de-sensitising toothpaste and gels really helped with this.

I noticed a significant improvement after just 3 days, and got to the point where my teeth were as white as I needed before I even ran out of the gels, which is great as I have some more leftover for a whitening top up in the future if needed!

Would definitely recommend!

I read all the reviews and decided to give this a go. I ordered the over night kit and I can only say WOW.

I had 3 weeks until my wedding and I was hopeful it would make a difference. I know everyone is different but within a week I was receiving compliments on how great my teeth looked. I was being asked if I was auditioning for Geordie Shore which shows how well this worked 😂

The process was straight forward and there was regular updates. The gum shields work however one of them didn’t quite fit properly (probably because when I did the mould it scraped the front) but I sent an email and within a couple of days this issue was sorted by Sebastian.

I would recommend these to anyone who asked not just for the results but knowing there are actually contactable humans if you need them which is something I’m usually sceptical about when buying online. 10/10

I discovered Pro smile at the excel wedding show last year and couldn’t be happier that I went ahead with the whitening kit.

I could see results after using the gel for about 1-2 weeks (so one tubes worth of gel) and have since been topping up every 4-5 months. My teeth are a lot whiter now and what makes the product so great is it’s so simple to use! Just pop it in for an hour whilst watching some TV. I highly recommend the de-sensitising gel for anyone with sensitive teeth, as it can make them a little sensitive so the gel is a great way to get your teeth feeling back to normal. If you don’t, the sensitivity only lasts a day or so.

Plus, customer service has been fantastic! Really friendly team who genuinely love the product.

I was recommended Pro Smile by a friend and i have to say, i have never had results for whitening my teeth like this. A proper company with unreal results, even just after 5 days. I'll never waste money on strips again, and please don't do so either. Do it once with Pro Smile and do it right. I should have done this years ago.
