Not only the platform is free but they also reimburse fund fees for quite a few (31 if I remember correctly). They do not trade shares/gilts/bonds and collect fees for the other funds though.

Had a great rate, and good service to back up
Firstly, I managed to catch a very good offer for an Easy Access Cash ISA with a good bonus rate!
Setting up the app was fairly straight forward and when I ran into an issue with the photo ID check, when I contacted them, they were extremely quick in resolving the issue.
A good app, with linking to another bank account makes transferring funds quick and easy.

So much information needed it takes ages. Then trying to link a bank account and pay in the minimum £10,000 into an ISA became a joke. Took best part of an hour!

Straightforward process in opening an ISA account and good interest rate (although it did drop from 4.7% to 4.6% overnight, unannounced and without explanation. My only suggestion for improvement would be to show the interest accrued in real time on the app rather than a monthly statement. The app isn't up to the standard of others such as Trading 212 which shows how much interest you've accrued on a daily basis.

Rate adjustments around tax year end aren't uncommon, as demand for market-leading products tends to spike significantly at that time of year, which can impact rates quickly. We'll always try to do better on keeping members informed when that happens. On the daily interest tracking, you're not the first to mention this and it's a great suggestion that we've passed on to our product team.

Very easy setup and money transfer
Easy to understand and follow instructions to get account open via the well designed app. Transfer of money into account from bank was straightforward via wallet which was easily set up and money transferred quickly. Highly recommend the company and it's app to other prospective customers.

Great platform for ISAs
Great platform for shares ISA.
Although you cannot buy individual shares. If you are looking for a platform for investing in ETFs and other funds, Prosper offers low fees and an easy to use app. I have not used the cash ISA or SIPP myself, but these look like great products too. My Stocks and Shares ISA is invested in a similar way to a pension, utilising global funds with low fees and some with zero fees.

Quick and easy - a joy to use!
