software need more update
Software needs lot of attendtion
it will give the spoken transcript as the sample answer.
The AI will give you full marks even if you dont speak much.
specially if you email them the admin won't even reply or care.
they will just be silent for 1 month( purchased through paypal and no response after 1, 2 messages,.)

We have replied to your questions through PayPal and email (we never got a reply to the email). If you try to trick the Ai software, you will succeed. You actually wrote a grammatically correct sentence, with the right form and keywords. That's why you get points.

Very disappointing
Very disappointing. So many issues to fix. No consistency in scoring criteria, Just goes off in the middle with out any pause. Short answer even if its correct says its not correct. Would really appreciate if you fix this please. It is really discouraging in some way that the students actually wonder what is happening.

In the speaking
In the speaking, AI dont recognize my answer even if its correct, it hear me differently, and it happens several times. activity is answer questions. So mostly one word only and it didnt hear my words right and mistaken for a wrong answer

As there are lots of materials I can practice accordingly and scores are updated after completion. Also, mock tests that are provided is also helping me a lot to improvise my weak areas. Therefore, this is a great platform prior to the test.
