Quick response that addressed my needs - canceling unwanted shipment and renewal of membership I can no longer afford. Quick, friendly, did not try to upsell me or convince me to stay. Will sign up again when I can afford to, as this is a great company with excellent products and outstanding service.

I have bought from Public Goods for a couple of years now and I have always been very happy with the products that I have bought. There Customer Service is Outstanding Also!!!!

Everything they sell is pretty pricey compared to products sold in where I live, but the only thing I love is their soap. Their soap is very powerful, cleans my hand very easily with half pump amount, which made me continue buying Public Goods' soap. Their customer support is very good and quick, resolves my problems every time.

All I asked was if they were dishwasher safe in an email or not and I got an email saying stop sending us so many emails!!! WHAT!!!!!!!!!!!!! There was no incert on any instrutions for care. Outrageous!!!!!

I canceled my membership February 2024 and received confirmation of cancellation. However, I was still charged for annual membership in July 2024 and July 2025. I didn't catch the July 2024 charge (i don't think they sent email confirmation of the charge, so it was easy to miss), but thankfully caught the July 2025 charge. When I contacted them, they said I was charged by mistake when they transitioned to a new system. They refunded July 2025, but conveniently omitted a response to the July 2024 charge. When was this system update? I'm having a hard time believing their explanation. I think they are taking advantage of people. I see that there are a lot of situations similar to mine on Reddit, Trust Pilot, and BBB.

This is a dishonest company that tried to bill me a year after canceling.

I liked the promptness of our communication but I had to correct the product she sent as a replacement as she was sending a lotion pump not a kitchen dish soap metal pump which I stated that needed to be replaced in my first email to her. I did attach a picture for her reference to help guide to the right replacement product. Thank you.

They were very responsive, friendly and professional; took care of my issue perfectly.
