Most products are not worth the cost. Many time they arrive damaged and shipping takes too long. I won’t renew.

Dhee and Margot were phenomenal. They were very professional and knowledgeable addressing the questions and concerns I had. Both were very helpful in helpful me resolve an issue and I was satisfied with the outcome. They really made my day with the great service that they provided.

Great customer service! I paid the extra $35 for two- day shipping and the package did not arrive on time. I emailed Public Goods, they responded timely and refunded my shipping fee.

Overall, I was really amazed with the order. It arrived within 24 hours (wild!) and the quality on the items is really unbeatable with the price. The priority on low impact to the environment is really important to our household. Everything is beautiful as well! The only thing I was a little disappointed about was the coffee press has plastic on one part of the top and we were hoping for stainless steel and glass throughout.
The glasses are beautiful and lightweight. We like that they are handmade. The salt and pepper are made of wood, stainless steel and ceramic which was a pleasant surprise. We loved the scents of the lemon and eucalyptus essential oils. We love the linen placemats, too! Overall, we’re so happy with the items and look forward to making another purchase.

I love their products. Natural ingredients. I particular love their ramen noodles, it's so healthy and has only few ingredients. Shipping is very fast. And sometimes they have sale and free shipping

Public Goods has lost my trust. The last purchase I remember making from Public Goods was for a few items in 2021. Since then, I never went back to Public Goods to buy anything. Recently, in 2024 and 2025, I was charged for an annual membership of $79.00. I only noticed both charges this year after I saw a charge to my account on September 2nd, 2025 and investigated it. Not only was I charged without my knowledge, but I was charged higher than the actual annual membership price of $65.00.

I informed customer service of these transactions I was unaware of and they gave me the full refund for the charges, plus some. I am extremely satisfied with their response, because not every corporation will give you the money you’re owed, but I will not be shopping from there anymore.

I recommend that customers pay attention to their accounts. They should get a free app like RocketMoney to keep track of all known and unfamiliar expenses, and dispute them accordingly.

Company is garbage and has predatory billing practices. Billing for no goods or services for years. Plus, cancelation of my membership was very difficult

They responded quickly with a realistic answer about what they could and could not do, and kept me up to date as they made progress with my request.
